Ordered bagel with cream cheese. They do not put the cream cheese on the bagel for you. You have to spread it. They gave us a toasted bagel with nothing on it, and a container of cream cheese, in the drive through. Even Tim Horton’s will spread the cream cheese on a bagel for you, at the drive through.

Ordered a matcha latte with no foam, but received half a cup of foam instead. I understand that this drink usually has more foam, and even when I request no foam, there might still be a little left. However, this time it was over the top—half the cup was foam. This happened on December 9th at 1:04 PM. Could the manager please let me know which employee made my drink so I can avoid them next time? Thanks.

I went through the drive-through as I was passing through this town from my town to another one so I’m not a regular here thank god!!! I did not use my Starbucks app because I was on the phone when my husband had ordered and did not get off the call in time to give it to him to scan my stars, but the fact that Somebody made this $7 drink for me and served it is disgusting !! I didn’t take my first sip until I got off my phone call and we were already back to the highway. I took one sip and took the lid off and looked at it and it was already down about 2 inches. The whip cream is way below the top of the cup, so even though in my pictures it looks like I drank a lot I didn’t. I ate some of the whip cream the rest melted and this is the amount I was given and left with after I took one sip! I don’t even know what it was. It didn’t taste anything like my white Café mocha that I ordered and it had a scorching burnt tasted like charcoal. I have never received a drink like this and I’m furious that I wasn’t able to go back and wasted my $7. I would like refunded somehow!!! . Charging that much to the point where you can’t even get one sip down there is something wrong and I get this drink a lot and I’ve been getting it for at least 10 years rotating with two others!! I forgot to mention the reason I took the lid off and looked at it is cause it was extremely light feeling, and I had to tip it way back to get my first sip so that that’s why I was confused and took the lid off to look and was flabbergasted by how empty it was not to mention putrid!! #starbucks #dobetterforurcrazyprices

Ordered caramel ribbon crunch with lactose free milk. They had no whip, never told me when I ordered as I would have passed on it. It was extremely waterery and in fact they never used lactose free milk as I got quite sick. This is the second time in a row that the drink was horrible. Not impressed with this location at all.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-lit setting. Baristas are very friendly. Service is above and beyond. They even have a mini library and food bank donation box, as well as a flourishing tomato plant outside! One of the best Starbucks I’ve been to.
