The lady that made my sub did a great job 10 out of 10 would recommend this subway not a single topping fell off my sub and I got every single topping and two sauces and it was one of the best made subs I’ve had

Is this even a subway? What a shame to this guy who has red round dot thing on his forehead.

I asked if they have any charging points he rudely said “no” (no eye contacts pretending to be busy making my shit subway that I ordered and got from him) i could clearly see charging points I asked him thrice are you sure you don’t still same thing. And then I saw charging stickers and asked what is this and lastly he said “wireless charging”.
I mean how could a person be this mean and rude. Bro I just wanted to charge my phone

No talk except for “pickup order or dine in?” And that’s it.

The manager the owner should be ASHAMED too. Probably reading my review but still ignore it.

I BEG TO ALL NOT TO GO THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANNA GET DISAPPOINTED AND DISRESPECTED.

Yesterday around 3 PM, I went to Subway and ordered a Veggie Sub with a veggie patty. The guy first said OK, but then told me they didn’t have the patty. I said to cancel the order, but he still charged me $10 even though I didn’t take the sub. He was also very rude.

This Subway up-charges everything on the menu by $1-2. They also refused to give me a cup of water 🤷‍♂️ Big fan of Subway, but last time I visit this location.

Store was empty at 5pm and it felt like we were bothering the employees . Salad only filled half the bowl and my tuna sub hardly had any tuna on it. Was not offered any utensils or my receipt. Staff seemed uncaring. One of the worst Subways I have ever been to.

Just over $27. for 2 gluten free 6 inch subs. Plus 24. for a 12 inch and a mini wrap and 2 bags of chips. Coupon did not work. It was only good at participating stores.
Prices way too high and felt like we were interrupting the servers.

My husband and I went to this subway for 20 years and have had amazing service and great food. Ever since 2020 (new owners) The Subway in cobourg is just awful. Bad customer service, extremely rude and ignorant, rolling of eyes and speaking things in their language ( after we ask for something) seems directed and as if they are talking about us. We are now driving to port hope for are subway nights now.
