Store was empty at 5pm and it felt like we were bothering the employees . Salad only filled half the bowl and my tuna sub hardly had any tuna on it. Was not offered any utensils or my receipt. Staff seemed uncaring. One of the worst Subways I have ever been to.

Just over $27. for 2 gluten free 6 inch subs. Plus 24. for a 12 inch and a mini wrap and 2 bags of chips. Coupon did not work. It was only good at participating stores.
Prices way too high and felt like we were interrupting the servers.

My husband and I went to this subway for 20 years and have had amazing service and great food. Ever since 2020 (new owners) The Subway in cobourg is just awful. Bad customer service, extremely rude and ignorant, rolling of eyes and speaking things in their language ( after we ask for something) seems directed and as if they are talking about us. We are now driving to port hope for are subway nights now.

The guy that was there serving my husband's food kept rolling his eyes, didn't give enough food what was paid for a ignores the request of what items wanted on the sub. Definitely will be spending the extra drive to go to the other location, this place might want to consider an employee that isn't rude! Won't be back at

They close at 10pm. I was very hungry and went to store at 9:50pm and they say they’re closed and cant take my order. Such a worst experience and poor management. Serious action should be taken.

Order sub online selected extra pickles and also in special comments asked for lots of on sub. Sub barley had any lettuce and 4 pickles. Barley any mayo or mustard to wet the bread. Was disappointed when sat down for my dinner break at work.
