I usually order from this Subway location and have always had a good experience. However, this time I was quite disappointed — the sub bun was old and very hard, which made the meal unpleasant. This has never happened before, so I hope it was just an isolated incident. I would really appreciate more consistency in the freshness of the bread, as that’s something Subway is known for.

Person serving a bacon and egg ciabatta tried to give hardly any egg - I asked for at least half as they cut their egg patty in half - 3 olive pieces, hardly any pickle or tomato. Very stingy. If they want us to buy from this American company they need to do better.

Second Saturday in a row I left without ordering. Last weekend only one person working so it appeared and the wait was taking a while. one person in front of me and one at the checkout. I thought it was a one time thing how long it was taking last week, so I went today basically the same time as last week. No other customer was in the restaurant. Same person working there, but was someone in the back. I stood and waited, but he was filling an order of 5 subs by himself so I was completely ignored. I guess they were called in. I will never return to this subway again.

We just happened to stop here on our way back to Toronto. From the perspective of the food, this Subway met our expectations. However, I wanted to mention the service at this location. We ate in the restaurant and we met the most pleasant woman here, manning the store with another gentleman. She was very friendly, making sure we were happy with the food and seemed to take her work seriously but with a smile. We had to let her know before we left what a treat our experience was with her. Nothing like we'd normally experience at home. I wish I could remember her name to thank her.
Best bread EVER! Always perfectly done not over cooked. Ingredients always fresh and tasty. Excellent service friendly and fast. Highly recommend!

Extremely disappointing. We bought 2 subs, spent over $30 and asked for a cup of ice as my daughter had a broken thumb and the staff said we had to buy a drink to get ice. He then got very aggressive with my wife and made her cry. We will not return and may consider not visiting Subway in general going forward due to other cleanliness issues at other locations.
