Fantastic branch with excellent Swiss and fantastic service. Attended lunch party of 10 and our server Lynn was just fantastic. So good I had to share with the store manager and also compliment overall. Super happy our branch is the best. đ Fantastic job again Lynn!

Cobourg, Ontario Ordered quarter chicken. At pick up I received the chicken, etc. The fries looked like left overs from at least 3 days prior to pick up. You could see the fries had been cooked in over used frying oil. The food was cold. The meat smelt like manure. Disgusting. Will never eat at Swiss Chalet. When calling in the order, the person on the phone could not speak loud enough for the customer to hear the order.

I am the tour guide from the state and i bring big group of people all the time. I âve been to so many different restaurants and different swiss chalets And this place is the best restaurant that i ever been in canada. Because all my travelers were always fully satisfied by the foods and kindness of the servers, (evan, atlanta, nicole and my favorite jamiee, and manager mohammed..) Everyone are so kind and they serve so fast so we donât have to waste time for waitingâŠ.. i hope there are more restaurants like this one in other places..

We always get good service, always greeted with a smile and friendly servers, including the robot. Food is always good and its a good place to meet up with friends. You can have a chat and hear each other even though there are a few screens its not loud. Even better if you go on a Tuesday as its 2 for 1 for the quarter chicken dinner.
