The prettiest cafe I've visited so far! Love love love how everything is pink and floral. Friendly service and the drinks were good and the raspberry cream treat I had was light and delicious! Definitely gotta check out this little gem!

The atmosphere at this café is beautiful and inviting—definitely a cozy spot to relax or catch up with a friend. I ordered an iced matcha latte and asked if the matcha was ceremonial grade. The staff member wasn’t sure, so I explained it. They mentioned the matcha is not sweetened and that they add a little bit of condensed milk after preparing it. However, when I tasted it, it was clear the matcha was already pre-sweetened.

Unfortunately, the matcha came out clumpy. I asked if it could be strained, which they kindly did, but it still had some clumps and wasn’t enjoyable—I ended up not drinking it. I also tried the iced vanilla latte, which was decent but nothing standout.

Great ambiance, but the drink quality and product knowledge could be improved.

If you are looking for a good cafe please avoid this place.
After an almost 20 min wait when the place was almost empty, my sons were given dated soft served ice cream, with almost rotten strawberries.
Unfortunately, the experience was made worse by the man serving it, who yelled several times at my two year sold son who was by the door. We clearly weren’t the only ones thinking this behaviour was unnecessary: a woman working there was telling him to please calm down as he was only a small child who was not misbehaving and rather just standing there.

Response to owner’s comment:
I only review when I have a very poor experience. Fortunately most of my experiences nationally and internationally are positive.
As someone who spends time with lots of children, hearing “poorly behaved child” is not an accurate description of this situation. My child did not affect anything or anyone.

This cafe is clearly not meant for families with children or anyone looking to eat / drink something fresh.

Edit from owners response: we threw out two full soft serve ice creams due to poor quality not due to the way we were treated. But since you wanted to mention that as well, our 2 year old attempted to leave the store and we grabbed him within 5 seconds. The man repeatedly said “that’s a bad place to be” so many times that the other woman working had to tell him “okay that’s enough” with a deep sigh.

The only poorly behaved child in that place is the guy running it. I’ve travelled to 57 countries, dined in hundreds of cafes, and this is on my list of worst cafes.
High sugar, low quality & low respect.

Original review:

We ordered two strawberry soft serve ice-creams which were $7.50 each. We were surprised when the included price of strawberry was well past any edible date and the chocolate syrup tasted off as well. Both cups went in the garbage after a couple of bites.
Also want to mention an unkind man working at the cash.
Would avoid this place if you’re looking for good service, well priced and delicious deserts.
0 stars.

I was recommended here by my siblings, and I was not disappointed. We each got different drinks, and each one tasted just perfect. I got crepes, and they were wonderful! I highly suggest coming here if you're looking for something fresh or fruity. They also have different types of lattes.
The dining room is very pretty with the flowers on the wall and the wall art.

Came by for my birthday. This cafe is so freaking cute!! Not only is it adorable, the quality of drinks are amazing too. We had iced caramel lattes and brownies. So so delicious, my boyfriend (who loves coffee) was pleasantly surprised. There’s also an outdoor patio area equally beautiful as the inside. HIGHLY recommend stopping by!

In a world full of same old, same old, it was an absolute wonder to discover this pink spice of paradise. Drinks were great, server was an instant hit and the decor was stunning. This place is not for the dead inside, boring people.

It sounds like FUN! Deliciously colourful on a rainy day. The perfect way to spend time with your friends to catch up. The food was just okay. The waffles were poor. The bubble tea was good, but expensive. The decor was a bit overwhelming and one could imagine the dust that had collected on the flowers. The bench seats were way too uncomfortable. Take a pillow or sit outside.
