I recently had a disappointing experience while picking up my mobile order through pickup. Even though I provided my mobile order number, I was told to wait and ended up feeling confused about which counter I was supposed to use. This caused an unnecessary delay in getting my medium coffee. I would appreciate clearer communication and a smoother pickup process in the future.

This place is extremely dirty, the washroom had garbage on the floor and in the sink. Garbage/recycling bins inside restuarant overflowing, and it was only 11 am! Not much of a selection of donuts.

Absolutely disgusting experience at this location. I went to the washroom, and it completely ruined my day, it was filthier than a public washroom. The toilet was not cleaned, and there wasn’t even a functioning door lock.
To make matters worse, I ordered nine coffees, and the employee taking my order, Kylie, was extremely rude from the start. She snapped “which size do you want?” in a very disrespectful tone. When I picked up my order, I was confused about which coffee was which and when i asked her she told me she had already written on the cups and wasn’t willing to repeat again. I mentioned that I wanted a double-double with milk, and she insisted that I hadn’t ordered that again, very rude. No wonder this place doesn’t have more than four stars. I’ll be going to the Division Street location from now on. If you don’t like your job, just quit, don’t take it out on customers.

I went through drive-thru, ordered a small coffee, scan & pay at the window, the young lady said I still owned her the payment. So gave her $2, told her to keep the change thinking i didn't have any money left on my card. Only to see after I had a balance of $30 on my card. So was it an honest mistake or double dipping.

Needs a good scrubbing. Dirty washroom and the dining area had litter on the floor and was slippery. Come on manager hire someone to clean! Coffee was good and we walked on the beach. Counter person was nice.

We went to the Tim Hortons on William for a coffee and pastry. We could not fine a clean table in the place, the floor all over looked like it hadn't been swapped in days. It to bad as the one on Division Street is spotless. we will never come back to this Tim's. Harry Bannister

Jennifer, the manager is absolutely amazing. I called there the other day telling her that I had problems with my DoorDash and they won’t reimburse me my credit so I could re-order because my ice caps were wrong so I called And Jennifer went over and above for me! She is absolutely amazing!
