I ordered a medium, not a small! Third time this month from this Timmie’s. I don’t mind a gap if I bought a latte with foam and it’s been a while, but that wasn’t this. Drink pictured is how I received it, untouched. Not great.
Best place to start every morning, 2 cups of large dark roast TT, smooth rich creamy taste ... that perfection that you know to expect from Tim Hortons coffee. This time I got a Canadian maple bacon breakfast sandwich on an English muffin, it was so delicious, I wish I had several more. May your experiences be as great as mine 🤞😉👍

Just made a quick pitstop to this Cobourg Tim Horton’s and while the food and drinks I ordered were amazing (flatbreads, coffee & iced capps), the customer service we received was lacklustre and a little disrespectful. My senior parents were happy to finally get out of the car to stretch their legs and grab a coffee but our first impression of the team were was immediately tarnished by the young guy at cash. My mom was simply checking out one of their display items (hat) and this guy with a raised voiced says “you don’t want to do that!” with no explanation. We all found this off putting. Terrible way to talk to people (tone & demeanour) My first job was at a Tim Hortons and I must say that his response would’ve been a lot more appropriate and respectful had he said something along the lines of “Excuse me ma’am, please do not touch that” with an explanation as to why, and/or the particular item should have a do not touch sign. The element of fast food was not evident. They were much more focused on the drive through. Staff was quite disorganized. To get a muffin and toasted bagel with butter should not take 10-15 min. Not a good experience at the Cobourg Timmies.

I always get excellent service at this location. FYI: strictly purchase coffee - hot and iced.
Kid-friendliness: You can bring and seat children.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking and ramps leading into the store. Yet, doors are somewhat narrow.
Convenient place right beside the Tesla supercharger.

Screwed up my order gave me coffee when I asked for tea
I just went through the drive thru on my way home a short while ago. The young man working the drive thru was absolutely hilarious. I had a full car of family members, and everyone agreed how refreshing it was to be served by someone who is willing to joke around and try to make other people's day better.

Attended yesterday for 2 bagels toasted with butter and cheddar cheese. Got to work and neither bagel had cheese on it! I called to complain, they were apologetic and offered remake the bagels on our next visit. Attended today to have the bagels remade. 2 bagels toasted with extra butter and cheddar cheese. Opened both bagels…one has no butter and no cheese, the other is lightly buttered with cheese. What is going on at this Tim Hortons? If people can’t do the job properly, they need to be fired! It’s pathetic customer service especially when you’re charging $8 for 2 bagels!!!
Instead of ensuring your drive-thru times are good, maybe you should worry about your orders being correct!!!!!!!
