I went to this Tim Hortons for a glass of water which I was willing to pay for and they told me that they aren’t allowed to sell me just a cup of water because of their “policy” so I reluctantly purchased a doughnut. I work at a different Tim Hortons and we always sell just cups of water, there is no “policy” against it. They also gave me the cup of ice water in a paper cup. I am very unhappy with this location and will not be returning until the staff learn how to do their jobs.

The staff is friendly and they gave me my order in just couple of minutes. It was a nice experience.

This location seems to be the quickest most of the time however there’s clearly a reason this one happens to be rushed! This is NOT the first time we have been disappointed and in a world when everything is so expensive yes I want my order to be top notch! I can easily say I paid enough to have more than a quarter size of cream cheese
Do better Tim Hortons
Tea was luke warm and not even filled properly. When I went back to tell them that it wasn't filled till the line they told me we have this policy and rules and all.

This timmies has gone down the drain. The coffee is cold sometimes. Never stocked well. The new employees are rude. Not sure if ownership has changed but it is not the decent tims it used to be
