Tim's has kept disappointing me; I'm not sure why they can't follow simple orders. It seems like they're just guessing back there what you order instead of actually following the screens they have.

When ordering at the drive through I was told they missed part of my order because they can't hear people ordering. Got it resolved but perhaps they should get a better speaker outside so customers can be heard and the employees don't need to guess.

I went to this Tim Hortons for a glass of water which I was willing to pay for and they told me that they aren’t allowed to sell me just a cup of water because of their “policy” so I reluctantly purchased a doughnut. I work at a different Tim Hortons and we always sell just cups of water, there is no “policy” against it. They also gave me the cup of ice water in a paper cup. I am very unhappy with this location and will not be returning until the staff learn how to do their jobs.
