When ordering at the drive through I was told they missed part of my order because they can't hear people ordering. Got it resolved but perhaps they should get a better speaker outside so customers can be heard and the employees don't need to guess.

I went to this Tim Hortons for a glass of water which I was willing to pay for and they told me that they aren’t allowed to sell me just a cup of water because of their “policy” so I reluctantly purchased a doughnut. I work at a different Tim Hortons and we always sell just cups of water, there is no “policy” against it. They also gave me the cup of ice water in a paper cup. I am very unhappy with this location and will not be returning until the staff learn how to do their jobs.

This location seems to be the quickest most of the time however there’s clearly a reason this one happens to be rushed! This is NOT the first time we have been disappointed and in a world when everything is so expensive yes I want my order to be top notch! I can easily say I paid enough to have more than a quarter size of cream cheese
Do better Tim Hortons
Tea was luke warm and not even filled properly. When I went back to tell them that it wasn't filled till the line they told me we have this policy and rules and all.
