I usually visit this Tim Hortons location often, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. One day at the drive-thru, I ordered an iced latte that wasn’t made properly. I asked the girl at the window to fix it, but she handed me the same drink after just a few seconds, saying it was fixed — which didn’t seem honest or helpful.
Most of the time, the bagels I get from this location are hard and cold, as if they were made a long time ago. Today, I went in the morning and found out the staff member at the window was named Shellwin. I didn’t appreciate her attitude — it felt dismissive and unprofessional.
On another visit, she served me a turkey bacon club that was poorly made: the bun was cold, there was barely any sauce, and it was missing tomatoes completely.
I’m sharing this because I truly hope the quality of food and customer service can be improved. Please consider training staff more thoroughly and making sure the food is fresh and properly prepared. Customers deserve a better experience.

20 minutes in the store with one other customer there to get 2 donuts and a large coffee I should hope it comes with sorry for the wait! Not there’s your stuff flung at me on the counter….

Particularly bad, even for Tim Horton's.
Selection is atrocious. Very difficult to consistently find doughnuts. Staff is clueless and out-of-place, making errors frequently. This location is unprepared, and perhaps not quite ready to serve real customers in real life.

The window lady does not treat you like a human just hands it drink doesn’t scan points right then says have a day no your welcome no nothing I’d appreciate some aspect of kindness 2:10 pm July 4th

Seriously this is ridiculous… I am an Indian and I am ashamed of these Indians working here.. no courtesy been waiting for so long there is no one to care no apologies.. can’t understand what we are saying.. don’t even think about going to this place.. stupid management..

I've been there on 3 separate occasions and all 3 occasions have been awful, the wait in line takes for ever for someone to actually register you're there, it's like they don't take your order until there is a line worthy of their time. The customer service there is terrible except for 2 lovely ladies who it sounds like they don't work there anymore (good for them!). I ordered food, they had no tomatos asked for something extra said sure, but never happened. Ordered a medium ice coffee, got a small and when I told them I ordered a medium they gave me attitude, dismissed me like by me asking what I paid for was an inconvenience to them, all they care about is profit, not about customers. Absolutely do not recommend, worst Tim Hortons in this area.

I go in the drive thru, They tell me to park out front saying it takes 5 minutes to make a sandwich....ok no problem. 20 minutes later im still waiting out front. I go in and tell them I ordered a sandwich and the lady told me to park in front. Guy at counter hands me a sandwich, that belongs to someone else, not what I ordered. Useless.
