The last two times ive been there I experienced some of the worst service in my whole life. The front staff seemed completely untrained. I don't know what's going jn with this Tim Hortons, but I won't be coming back here.

I don’t stop here often but the bathroom is gross. Around and under the toilet hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was blood on the floor. The sink and mirror was grimy with dirt. The floor was sticky and garbage overflowing. You have to wipe your own table and chairs off. I was so turned off I couldn’t order any food.

Very disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. The drive-thru employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had to repeat my order three times because he wasn’t paying attention, and when I asked to have my croissant grilled (something I’ve had done at this same location before), he first said it’s “not allowed,” and then changed his story saying the grill was broken. It was obvious he was lying and just didn’t want to do it.
This kind of attitude is unacceptable — customers deserve respect and honesty. I won’t be coming back to this location again.

Honestly the worst tims to go to in cobourg Most of the staff are rude cant even greet you, shoving your food and drinks at you in an attempt to get you out faster, and the worst part is because they rush Half the time its wrong anyway so you have to go back The managers dont care its not the same Tim Hortons I remember they care more about the accolades they get then the clients who pay for it

This place is super close, but I’ve always been a fan of the other Tim Hortons spots. But once I moved to this one, I really noticed the difference. They’re always so friendly! I never feel rushed through the drive-through, and they’ll even repeat my order to make sure it’s just right. Plus, they always have a smile on their face. Sure, all Tim Hortons are nice, but this one location, in my opinion, really goes above and beyond!
Great service, line was reasonable in drive thru. Did visit on a Sunday afternoon 😀

Tim Hortons in general has gone downhill big time lately. They are so focused on quick orders at the expense of quality. We were in the drive through with one other person behind us. They had us go around to wait for a bagel to be toasted even though the person behind us could have waited the 30 seconds. We get the bagel and it isn't even toasted, just lightly warmed up and almost no butter. This has happened at multiple locations in cobourg where I have to now ask for double toasted and it sometimes still comes out under toasted and dry. I highly recommend Holy Dough downtown Cobourg. They are very friendly and the food is amazing / consitent!

Very dirty. Almost all of the table were dirty, people standing and wondering where to sit. Bees and flys, flying on donuts and around the dining area. Considering that this location is fairly new, this is very unhygienic.

Extremely slow service. Went twice there to get steeped tea, and both days had to wait for at least 15-20min, and the store was empty other than maybe one other customer. For two employees working and taking 20 min to serve one customer is unacceptable.
