The shift manager -Sky- need to learn alot more about customer service and dealing with the public, instead of yelling at the customer that he is making the food in the back, maybe politely stat that they either had a back up of orders and he will be with you in a minute. A little bit of authority goes to this kids head. Maybe they should have higher people from the company to check in unexpectedly..

I know it's not the fault of the local Wendy's, and I know that they aren't obligated to have a product that looks like the picture on the coupon or menu board but...🙄 Having said that, I think they could do a better job putting together a burger (a baconator in this case) than they do. Mine didn't even have cheese. 😢

Fast food done right. Everything was 5 star. Went st 10:50 with our coupon for family of 4. Food was fresh, hot and pop wasn't flat. Lol most fast food lately the pops tasted flat.

I was here a month ago n there was no ac. Come in today n still no ac.. Not good for business. I had several co workers tell me not to come here for just this reason. In this hot n humid weather, you need to do better n get after whoever is fixing the ac.
