Extremely rude service. Nothing is ever made fresh even when requested, which is met with hostility and sarcasm. The food is ALWAYS stale and old tasting. Miserable people who take no pride in their work AT ALL, good luck in life, you'll need it.

I've never had a bad burger until today. I ordered a double garlic,bacon,mushroom special. I ate in my truck in their parking lot. When I opened and picked it up the bun was mush. It was like it had been sitting around for a while. My favorite burger place but really disappointed today.

Went through the drivethrou orderd the new garlic bacon cheeseburger combo got home 5 minutes later and it was like a cold pancake with syrup completey soggy straight into the garbage.$18 lesson

Came through dt for 2 meals. Waited forever. Had to come inside to get the food. Ordered apple pecan salad with no meat.. got a chicken Caesar with brown lettuce, straight into garbage!
So, so, slow!!!! Not just small town slow, but incompetent slow. No manager to answer to it. Clearly a complete failure of franchise responsibility. Don't stop here. Carry on downtown. Find a mom and pop shop instead.
Update: nobody should feel proud putting that food into a delivery bag. No oversight. Don't throw money away like this.

My son and I decided to try Wendy's breakfast for the first time. The server in the drive through was miserable. The drive through as well as the parking lot were empty. Yet we were asked to wait by the front door. We waited over 5 minuites and then the order was wrong. I walked in to tell the server who then argued that we had ordered what we were given. We were then told that it would take another 5 minutes to remake our sandwich. I requested a refund and we won't be back.

Wendy's salads are my favorite. Last year they had a summer strawberry salad that had me addicted. This year it is their apple, pecan salad that is my favorite. I love the variety of options you can get from Wendy's. Definitely a top fast food location I think.
