I've had two disappointing experiences ordering from Wok & Roll. Both times, the chicken was overcooked and dry, making it inedible.
To make matters worse, my noodle dish was missing shrimp, which I specifically ordered. When I called to complain, I was told they'd give me extra shrimp on my next order - not exactly the resolution I was looking for.
Requesting a refund and offering to return the unfinished noodles (despite living 25 minutes away) seemed reasonable. However, after a lengthy hold, I was again denied a refund and offered only extra shrimp on my next order.
Poor food quality and subpar customer service have ensured I won't be returning to Wok & Roll.

I was pleasantly surprised coming here. Some of the reviews had me worried but the food was excellent, fresh, tasty and affordable. I have found ppl in Cobourg put a big emphasis on customer service, and they aren't wrong, but service here was on par with any location in Toronto or internationally. We will absolutely be back! If anything, more products to chose from would be great but I respect keeping the operation small. Thanks for the great food!

I was looking for a good Chinese food take out in town and i always look at ratings of anything i search for. This Chinese food take out was highest on the list and recommended. Chicken balls tasted bland, rice was not tasty, chop suey no flavor. Its easy to cook or fry up anything when its delivered from second party frozen food company. I love Chinese food especially when its made fresh from scratch and with flavor. Most items here did not cut it for what you pay for.
