“I had a disappointing experience with 241 Pizza. The call center wasn't seemed to be online in the morning, making it impossible to place an order. Despite multiple attempts, the phone was unreachable. The website also proved problematic, hindering order placement without payment. This was particularly frustrating during a family get-together. While 241 Pizza is a favorite, addressing these issues would greatly improve customer satisfaction.”

“Ive never eaten at a Harvey's, today is the first time with my 4 children and wife, very pleased with the food, and customer service was excellent, after driving 2700 km from Nova scotia it was a treat to stop and eat, a bit dirty when it comes to the tables, checking under tables there is gum stuck to them so I can see that they really don't clean as good as I would have, bathroom is broken, there is poop in the toilet, the stall door is bent so badly you cannot really close it, the ventilation in the bathroom is being held to stop the ceiling from vibrating the panels off. Overall 3.5 stars due to the fact that Harvey's should really fix their small issues before the next inspection.
