Order a pizza and 4 Apple Fritters (2 Orders) they said 45 minutes for order it took an hour and they only gave us 2 Apple Fritters. They said 20 minutes and would bring another 2 I waited 40 minutes and still nothing so I called back and they lied claiming they came to my house when my son was waiting at door. Never came with food and lied to say they did!
I’ll never order again!
I had a disappointing experience with 241 Pizza. The call center wasn't seemed to be online in the morning, making it impossible to place an order. Despite multiple attempts, the phone was unreachable. The website also proved problematic, hindering order placement without payment. This was particularly frustrating during a family get-together. While 241 Pizza is a favorite, addressing these issues would greatly improve customer satisfaction.
We don’t pay for quality anymore but we pay a lot for convenience @241 orillia I got both plus great service and at a great price I highly recommend
