Quayle’s Brewery is top notch. Always great beer to buy here that’s not available in the LCBO. True IPA with great flavours. Their newest offering ‘Gravitational Lens’ is a dark, creamy oatmeal stout that is simply so good there’s no words. They have all types of beer, lager, Pilsner, dark beer, red lagers, ales. Great lunch, Montreal smoked meat piled high on pretzel bun, manwich size, Quayles own clam chowder (white) thick, with clams, spices & mini veggie bits & bacon delicious, great on a winter's day.

We did the hops tour and even though it was pouring the day we went our guide was very engaging and we were able to still visit the hops field for a bit with umbrellas. What a unique experience! Loved trying the different brews and learning about the harvest process. The property is beautiful with lots of space to hang around and you can purchase tall cans onsite too. Will definitely come back!
