Delicious artisan bakery close to where we were staying in Collingwood. We got our daily breakfast bread here and everyone loved them. My favourites were ham and cheese danishes and of course the focaccia! So soft and tasteful!The only thing I would love to see they offer is a selection of olive patte! … That would go nicely with all their breads.
This is the ONLY place in Collingwood that I will join a COVID line up - early in the morning! And if they run out of what I want, shame on me, I have to go earlier next time. And as far as closing early and running out of product - I applaud the owner's belief in quality - it's working. And somehow I hope he/she has found a good life-balance in this wonderful town! You don’t have to go to Paris for heavenly croissants, toothy sour dough and crusty baguette! Love the place, never miss a chance to stop in and stock up. Freezes well but fresh is best !
