I was there at 9pm today and i ordered two combos you would think that means it comes with fries No it doesn’t I placed the order with the girl that was working she is a manager I said my order AKA chicken sandwich combo with gravy on the side and then my boyfriend ordered his it was a big order we got are food and seen I was missing fries I ask her about it and she told me that the combos don’t come with fries I was confused why is it a combo if it doesn’t come with fries then she was trying to get me to pay for more food to just get the fries that I thought already came with my order

Most amazing staff, especially Harman & Maryam 😎. Love going here very friendly. Today I got served by Pam. Still very friendly. You can even let them know about certain issues like I have stomach issues because I’m older. And they will inform you what the best mild is and I’m sure if you love the hotter stuff they’ll tell you very much what the hottest stuff is. Always polite always friendly love going here and do it almost twice a week. Again great staff thanks to Harman. 😎🍗😎

Very unorganized, got orders wrong while I was there. What made the experience worse, no hairnets, and the 2 girls kept pushing their hair back. If I wasn't in a rush, and in unfamiliar city(1st time there) I would have asked for money back and left. No I didn't notice the hair when placing the order, but we had to wait 10 minutes for the order. The store was no super busy or packed.

I’m here multiple times a week and Harmandeep, Rae + the staff are always working incredibly fast, always smiling and on top of that provide great service too! I appreciate everything you all do and especially impressed during a rush seeing y’all keep things moving smoothly as possible :)

⭐☆☆☆☆ I ordered takeout from Popeyes in Collingwood today. The girl who took my order was polite, but the lady manager who packed the food did not do it correctly. I paid extra for dipping sauces, but they were not included in my order. Very disappointing service — I expect better attention to detail, especially when paying extra.
