Wow! I’ve eaten at some of the top restaurants in a Canada and abroad. The Pine is right up there and maybe a cut above. You will experience a unique, immersive experience like going to an art exhibit where you get to eat the art. Meticulously presented on your plate is some of the most delectable and creative cuisine you may ever have the pleasure of eating. The venue is intimate and exclusive. Only 12 seats and this is adds to everything they have in mind for you and trust me, it’s worth it. I can recommend this establishment without hesitation and look forward to returning.
Thank you for such a lovely anniversary dinner. Each tasting was so beautifully presented and so delicious. Some quite literally took our breath away as to how gorgeous they were. It truly show you that a chef is an artist at heart. The atmosphere was so special and intimate. We are so lucky to have this restaurant gem in our neighbourhood, but I would honestly recommend someone from out of our area to come by for a dinner, it would be worth the drive. Such a masterful delight!
