I literally had the BEST experience at 255. Diane was our server, did such a great job explaining to each of us which dish met our needs. She was so personable like we knew her forever. Not to mention the food and drinks 10/10. Definitely making another trip here!

The server was very unprofessional on her phone, chatting with colleagues. We got there at 5:30 the restaurant was empty and she took our order 15 minutes after we had to get her attention - interrupting her conversation with her colleague. She said she thought she we were waiting for another person even though the reservation was confirmed. The food was mediocre.

Went there for a birthday dinner and they were super accommodating concerning all my allergies (nuts, shellfish, and dairy) as well as my celiac disease!

I ended up getting gluten free pasta as well as the octopus as a starter and it was amazing, and I felt great afterwards with no side effects! The restaurant is family owned and they are very knowledgable about celiac disease and take allergies very seriously! We had Julia as our server and she was super accommodating towards everything and did such an amazing job making sure we felt taken care of!

I would 1000% recommend, great service and food!

DO NOT BOOK A FUNCTION HERE. The owner is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Wanted to have my bridal shower here and she flat out told me she doesn’t like dealing with brides and only likes corporate events because they just pay.

This is the finest Italian restaurant I e ever been too! We celebrated my mother’s 80th birthday with family and friends it was absolutely stunning and the food was perfection!!

What an incredible experience I had tonight. I came to this place and the minute I walked in staff welcomed me so warmly and everyone was so polite and happy. The place was full, however the food and drinks were coming out of the kitchen and the bar very quickly. I watched them for a few minutes before I got sat down and the waiters and waitresses were smiling chatting with clients making them comfortable and happy I spend time at the bar and I loved the bartenders. They were amazing. Both of them were friendly and professional. The drinks were coming out like crazy
, If I could give 10 stars to these guys I would give 11.

Always a great time at 255 Alta Rossa in Woodbridge! The food was excellent, but Laura’s service is truly the highlight. Her attentiveness and warmth made our visit unforgettable. We keep coming back for her! Highly recommend!
