The drive thru workers took a very long time to prepare my simple order. The man in the car behind me became so impatient that he bumped into the back of my car.
When I finally received my food, many toppings were missing. I asked for no onions, but it seems like they chose to leave out the lettuce and tomatoes as well, leaving me with only mayo and pickles. Very disappointed.

One small suggestion: it would be nice if A&W could offer larger cold drink cups for customers who prefer more ice or a bigger portion.

Me and my friends stopped by the A&W drive-thru around 4 AM and were pleasantly surprised by the amazing service. Komal was working all by herself, yet she handled everything with such professionalism, kindness, and a smile. The food came out hot and delicious, and she made the whole experience feel welcoming even at such a late hour. Overall it was really a pleasant experience !!
