The drive thru workers took a very long time to prepare my simple order. The man in the car behind me became so impatient that he bumped into the back of my car.
When I finally received my food, many toppings were missing. I asked for no onions, but it seems like they chose to leave out the lettuce and tomatoes as well, leaving me with only mayo and pickles. Very disappointed.
Mouldy Grandpa burger bun. It was the first time that I went to this branch and it will be my last time. After explaning the disgusting green mold, the staff member even did not apologize!

One small suggestion: it would be nice if A&W could offer larger cold drink cups for customers who prefer more ice or a bigger portion.
