Poor quality service

The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—especially the burgers and onion rings. The root beer was perfectly chilled and refreshing. Staff were friendly and quick, and the place was clean and welcoming. Always a reliable spot for a satisfying meal. Highly recommend!

I visited the A&W location at Vaughan Mills tonight around 7:30 PM and I left extremely disappointed and upset. I spent over $50 for only a couple of meals, and the experience was far below what anyone should expect from A&W.
First, the food was not fresh at all. The burgers tasted dry and old, the fries were cold and stale, and nothing had the quality or freshness that A&W normally advertises. For the price I paid, the quality was unacceptable and honestly felt like a complete waste of money.
However, what made the experience even worse was the customer service. The individual working at the counter was shockingly rude and dismissive. His attitude made it feel like customers were a burden rather than the reason the business exists. He showed no courtesy, no professionalism, and no effort to provide basic service. I’ve never experienced service like this at any A&W before, and it honestly ruined the visit.
I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and disappointed. I expected better from this brand. With the amount spent and the way customers were treated, I cannot recommend this location and I do not plan to return unless there are serious improvements in both food quality and staff behavior. I hope management takes this situation seriously because no customer should have to go through an experience like this.very bad experience
