Unhygienic food handling and disrespectful service

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Aladdin Shawarma House today. The food preparation area was visibly dirty, with sauces smeared all over the counter. My shawarma was placed directly onto this mess — which is absolutely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. When i showed her this, she cleaned the mess with a cloth, that indeed touched the shawarma.

When I politely asked the server to prepare a fresh one, not only was my concern dismissed, but I was also mocked in another language. The replacement shawarma was made with fewer ingredients, clearly out of spite.

This kind of service is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. As a customer, I expect basic hygiene and courtesy — neither of which were present today. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values cleanliness and decent service.

Had the classic chicken on a pita tonight and it was Incredibly good.

Very fresh made from scratch. Clean, neat, big portions great for a quick nutritious lunch.

I went here for lunch yesterday. The food is delicious & worth the trip. I had the Philly cheese steak sub. The meat is wonderfully seasoned & juicy. The cream cheese sauce on this sandwich made it even better. The bbq chicken shawarma wrap is good also. I highly recommend this restaurant

Very slow service! Stood in line for 20 mins with only 3 people infront of me.

I took the chicken shawarma it was so full of fats

Food didn’t taste that great, the bbq chicken didn’t carry much flavor, the lettuce wasn’t chopped properly and had some buds, and fries were frozen, they didn’t even thaw them. However the atmosphere and service were decent.

What an amazing spot! Their shawarma was absolutely delicious, love their divers and fusion menu options as well - gotta try their sandwiches. Overall a great flavors and def would recommend.

I've been to ASH twice in about a week. Place is nice and the food is even better!
Chicken is seasoned but not salty which is key in my opinion.
