Today was my first day trying this place. I was very hungry. I decided to give it a try and I’m very glad I did.It was truly one of the best experiences I have ever had. The customer service was excellent and so was food as well. Everyone was very helpful and very respectful and nice. The place had a great family vibe to it. Overall, the portions and the taste quality were amazing especially all staff members working on this team. I was dealt with a lady name Rana and she truly was amazing very caring and very helpful and truly made my plate with love I felt like. Fantastic place

Got the daily special 2 shawarma for 13.99. amazing deal. I got one BBQ and one classic. Both are amazing , I have tried hundreds of shawarma places , I think of myself as a shawarma reviewer🤣. The BBQ one is something special , different than other shawarma and it's a really good. Wait time was under 10 minutes. I'm shocked I never heard of this place sooner. Great shawarma at a great price in Vaughan.

We visited Aladdin Shawarma House in Vaughan and tried their Aladdin House Special Saj Bread — and it was absolutely delicious! The saj bread was fresh, soft, and perfectly thin, filled with generous portions of flavourful meat and fresh veggies. The spices were spot on, and every bite tasted authentic and well-balanced.

Portions were great for the price, and the service was friendly and quick. The place has a simple, clean setup, and the flavours truly stand out. If you’re craving Middle Eastern food, especially shawarma or saj wraps, this spot is definitely worth visiting!

Highly recommend the House Special Saj — it’s a must-try!

This food was amazing and the service was great. Our chef Noor made 4 amazing shawarmas for us with all fresh chicken and a lot of sauces. It was one of the best shawarma’s I’ve had!

They offer 2 kinds of chicken shawarma, plain & BBQ & have many sauces but I am hesitant to add too many due to them potentially overdoing mayo or oil contents, last time they served the meats from a smaller container & it had too much oil in there for the bbq chicken. They offer a great deal on 2 wraps for $13.99 but the topping amount are too scarce, 2 pieces of chopped tomato & cuc. The pita’s are put into a grill to put some life into them which does add a very nice crispy & warmed up shell but every time it seems they leave it in there too long & sorta lose track of who’s wrap should be served next when it’s busy. People don’t want to wait 5 extra minutes to get your sandwich toasted as it only takes a minute or two. They offer many other things like in house made unique burgers/sandwiches & such but I have never tried them. They have large tv on which sometimes plays sports.

Best shawarma I’ve ever had!

Unhygienic food handling and disrespectful service

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Aladdin Shawarma House today. The food preparation area was visibly dirty, with sauces smeared all over the counter. My shawarma was placed directly onto this mess — which is absolutely unacceptable from a hygiene standpoint. When i showed her this, she cleaned the mess with a cloth, that indeed touched the shawarma.

When I politely asked the server to prepare a fresh one, not only was my concern dismissed, but I was also mocked in another language. The replacement shawarma was made with fewer ingredients, clearly out of spite.

This kind of service is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. As a customer, I expect basic hygiene and courtesy — neither of which were present today. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values cleanliness and decent service.

Had the classic chicken on a pita tonight and it was Incredibly good.
