This all stars location has been a central location for my friend group over the past few years.
Their service has been great and consistent over time, but our latest experience on the evening of Aug 22, 2025 was disappointing.
At the end of our night, our Asian server brought over the bills for our group. She explained the individual items we were being charged for. I was handed the machine, picked a tip option (15% btw) and paid.
As I got my receipt back, I realized the gratuity was already included in my bill as we were a group of 7.
I feel cheated for my money and gratuity that is included should be mentioned before any food is ordered AND once you get the bill.
Taking advantage of customers is shooting yourselves in the foot. Won’t be back here.

Was here Aug 22 evening, food was tasty but portions have gotten smaller. I’m only leaving this review because my group of friends had money stolen from us. Asian waitress did not tell us gratuity was included until we saw the bill after. She read every detail on the receipt except for that part, even saw us all tipping on the debit/ credit machine, and still didn’t say a word, we see the receipt after that gratuity is already included. This is theft and we all want our extra tips back!!

But what annoyed me was the Asian waitress Aug 22 evening failed to tell my group of 7 that gratuity was included, she read every single detail on our receipt except that part, everyone in our group tipped her only to see the receipt after that gratuity was already included! She got tipped twice which is theft. After coming here for years, won’t be back again.. do better

Had a great time with friends. Our waitress Jinny was very professional and courteous. She was very prompt and took our order and brought us our drinks quickly. She was very kind and helpful when we took our order. Highly recommend Allstar and really appreciate Jinny for making our experience a great one!

First time trying this place from out of town, would return for the service alone! Feliz was the best !! Loved her suggestions for wings. Service was 10/10, will be back hope to have her again.

We had a great time here. Very lively atmosphere and great service. Our server Jessica was amazing. Her recommendations for our wing flavours were bang on (when you have close to 50 or 60 flavours it’s impossible to choose). We had the Cajun dry rub. So delicious. Also, the nachos were great. They were served exactly at the right temperature. The service was truly above and beyond. Jessica was so attentive and friendly, she made sure that we were not lacking for anything. Also Miranda came over to say hi and to see that we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend the great food and service and this spot.
