The worst Afghan food , kabobs were over cooked and not juicy, rice nothing like Afghan rice ( looks like shola ), white sauce very runny, qabeli ‘s carrots were uncooked and hard !!!I don’t recommend and I feel you will waste your money here ! One good thing their sheryakh was not bad .

Today September 27, 2025 I ordered food at 4,30 pm with my husband, and I was looking at the displayed menu and I saw there 4 staff ( crew) they were having gossip together and put there back towards the counter ignoring we were waiting for them to welcome us. I said loudly Excuse Me so then they responded. I am asking the management Did you train them How to welcome customers???? Even after delivering food to us as take out They didn't say Thank You. I myself working in a restaurant and know very well how to treat customers with gratitude and being friendly with a smile on face. This was my first time at this restaurant and disappointed from customers service. One of the food item was very less in quantity and the naan were so hard to eat probably not fresh.

Great, tasty and quick. I had a wonderful drop in quick dinner while running errands in the neighbourhood. Every part of the dish was quite good, especially the fresh Afghan bread. Highly recommended.

I’ve been visiting Bamiyan Kabob (Overlea) sporadically since it first opened. The service at the front is always warm and friendly, especially the Dari-speaking girls on weekends. Their chapli kebab is hands down the best in the city so juicy, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. And don’t skip the ice cream it’s definitely worth a trip all on its own!
Never ordering from here again! They make the food dirty! We ended up getting food poisoning!

Best food in the neighbourhood for kebabs!! The meat is so juicy, tender and tasty! Bread is fresh and the right amount of moisture and softness. They give one box of white ranch for salad and red sauce home made spicy, perfect for the meat and bread! Have been here soooo many times and always happy with what we got!
