Their matcha drink really tasted disgusting. I believe it came with oat milk as the default option, but i was too shy to ask to remake my drink. Don't be me!! HAHA. So you should definitely switch the usual choice of milk that comes with that drink for a better matcha experience! BUT that downfall does not trump their excellent customer service. This place has extremely kind, warm, and pleasant people working there. And to me, that's all i need to keep coming back. See...
I forget how I initially learned of Bartholomew, but it's been closer to a year now that I've been trying (and failing) to make it out. Well, today was finally the day, and wow, I was blown away by all that I had. The classic croissant, which was what I was most eager to try (being something of a croissant connoisseur), was the perfect marriage of flakey, crispy, and doughy. So often with these artisanal/small batch spots, I've found the croissants lean too much...

The location is out of the way - would be worth a visit if you’re in the vicinity. The plaza doesn’t have enough parking spots so took some time to wait for available parking.
Their system for fulfilling orders seem to be chits manually lined up by the cashier. I witnessed several people behind me get their orders before me, but the older gentlemen (the owner?)...
