All Scream for Ice Cream!Been here twice now within a week just because of the service. The quality of ice cream and flavour profile were top notch as one of my favourites besides DQ.You have to get a scoop or two in their chocolate dipped waffle cones, it’s to die foe in terms of bringing your inner child out again.Definitely recommend as they have so many different flavours to try out compared to your basics. Great way to refuel with a sweet treat for burning all that calories while walking in the mall shopping!I have to rave about the customer service as both times I went and was served by a different person, they were nothing but happy about helping me choose the right flavour / taste testing while showing nothing but passion for the job, even if they clock in and clock out. Exceptional all around from flavour to service.

I can't say this is a great location, but it's the only one in Vaughan Mills Mall. It's always busy, so the coffee is definitely fresh and hot. For some reason, the app with rewards and offers rarely works. Very strange! I struggle to give this more than two stars, but remain optimistic, and hope they improve on the customer service, and the glazed donuts - see photo.

I was looking for for a Baskin Robin's place that do the picture on the cake and couldn't find it in the one near my home, so I searched and found this place and was very thrilled. The service is great!! The lady took all the notes and she was alone in a busy day, paid attention to the very small details!! Love the cake, loved the service and loved everything....I recommend this place and will be my favorite one ????
So I went to this location to get an ice cream cake for a birthday party, but I decided to get a bag of popcorn too, since this Baskin Robbins location has Kernels in it. The lady at the counter told me that the popcorn was 1+1, so I picked the second type, but the guy at the cashier punched in the full price for the second popcorn, and didn’t even offer to give me a receipt. Considering the number of items I got, the total amount was pretty high and I asked for the receipt. After I pointed out that I was charged for the second “free” bag, another lady came and passed me a $10 bill and some change without explaining anything, when I wanted my card credited back. And when I asked for a polystyrene box for the ice cream cake, which is what I usually get from other Baskin Robins locations, the lady just threw the items in plastic bags ruining the icing/frosting on the cake. I could see that they were busy, probably due to the BOGO event, but it wasn’t a pleasant experience.

I ordered an icecream cake for my son's 4th birthday. It was the best cake ever. Bing the store manager was helpful, and caring, and made sure the cake was absolutely perfect. My son and guests at his birthday party all loved the cake. It was DELICIOUS. Bing rocks!!!

The ice cream is good, your typical variety of Baskin Robbins ice creams and cakes, plus this location also is attached to the kernels popcorn.When we went, a young girl served us. On the second ice cream, she dropped the ice cream on the floor, then picked it up with the ice cream scooper, then went back to re-scoop the ice cream with THE SAME SCOOPER! I told her that was really gross and she should use a different one. She put the old one back in the water tub, and got a new scooper.Although the ice cream is alright. This is a very bad practice. I hope Health and Safety comes to review this girl. Gross.
