The order was placed ahead of time to be delivered to us. The driver took forever despite me directing him to come to the correct entrance.
Instead of a delivery at 12:15, the pizza delivered at 12:35 PM and was almost cold.
We did not enjoy it at all.
Taste was found cold and disappointing.

Excellent pizza - thin fresh crust. Good service. We got there at 11.45am on a Thursday. It got busy after 12 so I'm sure the wait was longer for food. We enjoyed our visit and plan to return!

I had a disappointing experience at Blaze Pizza in Vaughan on November 24, 2024. I ordered a meal and to my shock, I found a fly in my beverage. This raised serious concerns about the hygiene and cleanliness of this location.

I am a fan of Blaze pizza, however this location inside Vaughan Mills mall was not able to live up to my expectations. The guy who helped me choose what to order was great, but the girls who are working there donot really listen to what customer is asking for. I asked for more cheese and spinach- she sprinkled some cheese and added 3 leaves of spinach. Upon asking again, she ignored. I got a pizza with unlimited toppings for a reason. It is my usual order and Blaze pizza doesn’t disappoint me at all, sadly this location’s staff did.
Amazing customer service and taste. Pizzas and bread were well cooked with good amount of toppings on pizza. Staff was were very much polite. And the prices were very affordable. 100% recommendable.
