Apparently it's an extra 10 dollars to your bill if you dain ask for room service.
Never in my life have I been charged for an elevator ride. Door dash has lower delivery fees.
Don't get me wrong the pizza was good but come on. They didn't even tell me until they got to my door.

Was a bit weary about this place as it is in a hotel and most Marriott hotels don’t even have decent food.
This was probably the best Italian food we have had in the area…. A lot to say bordering Woodbridge.
The food was absolutely delicious and the dessert even better. Would have liked a bread basket to start but all in all very good authentic food

It's a small restaurant located in a hotel.
Service was friendly.
The interior design is nice but quite outdated.
Calamari alla Marinara
The calamari were slightly overcooked, with a somewhat rubbery texture, but the broth and sauce smelled wonderful and tasted great. The garlic toast paired well with the calamari.
Bistecca alla Griglia
The 12 oz NY Angus striploin was cooked more than necessary for a proper medium-rare. The steak wasn’t tender and was overall below average. The grilled vegetables were mediocre as well.
Conclusion: It’s one of the weakest restaurants in the York region within this price category.

My first experience here was great, but unfortunately, my third visit was extremely disappointing. As a vegetarian, I asked for suitable options, and while I understood that the butternut squash dish was no longer available due to the season, things went downhill from there. I requested the asparagus dish without prosciutto, and was initially told they didn’t have any. Moments later, they “found” some — but when served, it was old, chewy, and inedible. Please don’t serve old ingredients just to make a sale or increase a tip.
To add to that, a single drink costs $11, which would be fine if this were an upscale bar, but it’s not. There were fruit flies around the bar, and the bartenders were speaking among themselves in another language instead of attending to guests.
I gave this place another chance because my first visit was genuinely excellent, but this experience completely changed my impression. Dishonesty and poor quality service are unacceptable. I’ll be staying at the hotel for another five days but won’t be returning — they’ve lost a customer.

A gem in the rough! Business diner and we found it by chance using Google. The quality of the cuisine is incredibly good. Very simple but friendly service.

I am celiac(Gluten-Free) and had vouchers for free breakfast and being gluten free all I could have was yogurt. I payed $9 extra for bacon and eggs with no potatoes.l because I can’t have anything deep-fried due to cross contamination. I received bacon that was quite obviously deep-fried, so I asked for them to remake it. They did remake it without dispute, however they gave me back my exact same plate which had the contaminated bacon on it and did not see a problem with this. This doesn’t fall on staff, this incompetency is perpetuated and enabled by management who are unwilling or ignorant as to how to properly train their staff on dietary restrictions and allergens. This isn’t a boujee request, it’s the same as someone with a peanut allergy being fed food containing nuts. It’s dangerous and could potentially result in the hospitalization of someone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. 0/10 / would NEVER return even for a free cup of yogurt. It’s negligent and irresponsible to have improperly trained staff. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was staying at the hotel located within the Botticelli Restaurant and ordered a pizza. The pizza tasted very authentic, and I would definitely order again if I had the chance.

Since my parents were staying at the Monte Carlo Inn I went there for dinner few times over the past 2 weeks. We had the chance to taste many dishes on the menu and always had great food, wine and espresso coffee. The service was also great. I didn't know this place before, but Botticelli's is definitely a place I would recommend for an authentic Italian food experience.

Quality of the food was excellent -flavourful and well seasoned. The seafood in the pasta was cooked perfectly. The Alfredo sauce was the best we have had. The pizza was a true Margarita, delicious with excellent flavour, enhanced by quality olive oil. The servers were knowledgeable and pleasantly conversational. The chef is professionally trained. We cannot say enough about this hidden gem. The restaurant is comfortable and well appointed.

I cannot recommend Botticelli’s enough! The owner Luigi delivered amazing service and food for our event. The servers and staff were wonderful and attended to all of our needs. I’ve had dinner here before, and chose to host my bridal shower here because the food is exceptional and the service is always fantastic!
