Obviously you should expect a bad service from them, just look at the their rating.

I ordered a small size to go and I wanted a mix of both noodles and I was willing to pay extra but she just said no and ignored me. At the end I said the order was to go and when I wanted to eat it, I realized they didn’t even leave a fork in my bag.
The also is not contained at all and the sauce got everywhere on my belongings even tho it was in a bag.

NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!!

Ordered combo 3 . Two meats and a veggie side. Which was the bourbon chicken, spicy shrimp, jambalaya rice and steam broccoli. The food was delicious, thanks again

I came ordered no 1 combo which was 12.17 and a can of pop which was 1.75 then I noticed that the price was higher than expected. When the cashier was putting my meal she even asked whether I bought no. 1 combo yet she punch in combo 3, when I complained she said okay then gave me the difference in cash not even apolozing. I think she did it on purposely tried to get by. I was so furious , I do not want to give 1 star. I recommend never to buy meal there. The cashier was a Chinese lady in late 50's with mask.

I’m giving two stars because I always go to Scarborough Centre & Eaton Centre location and i enjoy their selections. This time, I decided to try this location (Vaughan Mills) for the first time and as soon as I kindly requested to try one of the chicken I haven’t seen before. I knew in advance I was already going to purchase. However, two ladies laughed, mocked and murmured something offensive in their language. I can remember their faces so vividly. The is very ill-mannered and unpleasant approach to customers. No wonder why they have 1 star rating overall. I guess their actions & customer service says it all.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Bourbon St Grill in Vaughan. While the portions were generous, the food lacked any real flavor or seasoning. Unfortunately, quantity doesn't make up for quality. Wouldn't recommend.

Dog food is better. Dog food has more flavor

The food quailty is okay at its best and food poisoning at its worst. Most chicken options feel like they are low quality cuts. The sides often look like they are reheated from the previous day. Pretty bad quality even for this food court.
