I was here and I was short I had 20usd I payed with cash. She said It would count as CAD and I said fine. I owe her 7$ so she took the 7usd as she said. But then when I left I realized she only gave me 8$ change. She gave me a 5$ bill which I assumed was 2 5$ bills but it was one. She was already taking extra money and then stole even more. Hope she gets fired will never be coming back here

South Asian lady working on 11th January 2026 was extremely rude

Do not eat here. Staff is incredibly rude. the staff put half a scoop of chicken in my bowl. When I confronted her she told me she will charge me extra for another half scoop. After I sat down I watched her drop food on the floor bend down to pick it up and throw it back in the rest of the food. I was so disgusted I had to throw away my food. I had just paid for.

Tried Bourbon Street Grill at Vaughan Mills food court during a shopping break. Ordered the 2 meat + 1 veggie plate with spicy chicken, broccoli, and chow mein.

Honestly, the food tasted really good — flavorful, fresh, and filling. Portions were solid for a food court spot. Customer service was okay, nothing exceptional but no issues either.

Was a bit surprised to see so many low reviews because my experience was better than expected. Definitely a decent option if you’re grabbing a quick meal while shopping.

I had a horrible experience today at this location. A request I usually make at Yorkdale aanf square one for my young son, which is combo 1 a little bit more noodles than meat because he doesn’t end up eating all the chicken was rudely denied at this location. I will never come back here for the horrible customer service I experienced. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that the rude Asian lady I was speaking to as a manager. She denied giving me her name and was telling me that, regardless, if she gives me less chicken or more chicken that she was still going to charge me I wasn’t asking for them not to charge me anything. I was simply asking them to give me less chicken and a little bit more of the noodles so the chicken would not go to waste and my son with enjoy more of what he actually enjoys from this restaurant, which is the
Noddles. I will never come back here if I could give them zero stars, I would

I'm old fashioned. I like chicken in my honey garlic chicken. The sold me honey garlic breading. Garbage. I normally eat at the location in the dufferin mall where they have chicken. It's better.

quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. Shut this place down. The two workers were conversing while I was trying to order and I had to shout cause of how loud they were talking back and forth. Lady screws up the order because she clearly can't hear properly and then blames me for it? Dumb staff

I picked up take out at vaughn mills today. I ordered rice with the honey glazed chicken and the bang bang one . Once i got home and took a few bites i realized the food is horrible , there is no chicken , every bite was the breading (coating) with sauce . Literally nothing inside , what a scam . $18 down the drain .

DISGUSTING PLACE. I cannot believe this establishment is still in business. I sat down expecting a normal meal, and instead I was served food that literally had bugs in it. Seeing that alone was enough to make me feel sick, but what happened after was even worse. When I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, instead of apologizing or offering any kind of help, I was yelled at. Yes, yelled at, as if it was somehow my fault for pointing out that there were insects crawling in what they served me.

The workers here are completely unprofessional, rude, and clearly have no regard for customer service. The way I was treated was shocking, humiliating, and deeply upsetting. You would think that finding bugs in a customer’s food would be taken seriously, but instead I was dismissed, shouted at, and made to feel like I had done something wrong by even mentioning it. The lack of basic respect and accountability is just as disturbing as the unsanitary food.

This experience has honestly left me disturbed. I left the place shaken and disgusted, with no appetite and a strong sense that this restaurant does not care at all about its customers or their health. If you value your well-being, if you expect even the bare minimum of hygiene, and if you want to be treated like a human being when you dine out, then please, avoid this place at all costs.

I would not wish this experience on anyone. It was not only a complete waste of money, but also a violation of trust. Food safety and customer service should be the absolute foundation of any restaurant, and this place failed miserably on both. Disgusting food, disgusting treatment, and an overall nightmare of an experience.

Disgusting scammers. Be careful with these sneaky people ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER!!! They will charge you extra without letting you know. Their customer service is disgraceful. Do NOT eat here. Ive heard of 3 separate FOOD POISONING incidents. Save yourself the time, money, and pain.
