We were therebto order take out at 7pm on a Sunday. The restaurant was not too busy but only one person was working. Took a few minutes to put in our order and about 20 mins for the food to be ready. Nonetheless, the food was great. The guy working there tried to get our food prepared quickly and packed everything nicely to go. Overall, experience was good and food was great.

Magnificent burgers. The sweet potato fries were also super delicious. It’s a cute place with a good amount of booths to sit. Very clean. The service counter employees were nice and friendly. Excellent values for the quality or food.

Burger Factory Vaughan never disappoints. The burgers always hit the spot. My favorite is the Juicy Lucy! The restaurant is very welcoming and offers a casual dining experience. The food is always fresh and the flavors are full. Your belly will leave happy that is for sure!

Picked up my order and went straight home (very close). Our 2 cheeseburgers were the driest burgers I’ve ever had. Additionally, after waiting for 20 minutes, my order was apparently done, set on the counter, then all staff went to the back without ever letting me know the order was done. Extremely poor customer service. Poutine is decent, but I definitely won’t be back.

The food is delicious but please be careful, always order a combo from them because I made the mistake of ordering two items and it costed more when you could have got three items for less with a combo. I always thought they minus the drink so it should be cheaper, that’s common sense but its the opposite.

Asked for a daily special nashville chicken sandwich without the hot sauce. The lady at the counter said “if we don’t put the sauce, it becomes a crispy chicken sandwich so we have ti charge you $4 more” so to REMOVE sauce (which means you save money by the way) it will cost MORE? Get less pay more? Great business model. Would rather eat dirt than spend money here. Never returning again.
