Love this place! The staff was very friendly and attentive. I only came for dessert as I was coming from dinner so I ordered the funnel cake. I couldn’t decide which flavours I wanted to try so they let me do half-and-half, which I really appreciated. I got half strawberry and half chocolate With whipped cream instead of ice cream and it was so yummy! The funnel cake dough was fresh and fluffy with a little bit of crisp. Sorry, I don’t have a picture because as soon as I got my plate, I devoured it and it was too late…

I remember the days when Burger Factory was one of our favorite burger joint.
This location I would say the best thing about the beef burger was the bun, the beef was literally bone dry. I also ordered the chicken tenders for my daughter and that was literally inedible..
After this experience, burger factory is off my list!!
Harbhajan took my order. I was late (10 mins before closing) and he apologized that he couldn’t take order. I request him and he did. Amazing customer service! It’s the best place for burgers and best customer service. Thanks harbhajan.

Everything about the burger was perfect except for the stale bread! I don't understand if I'm paying $15 worth of burger, why wouldn't you use a fresh burger bread?! That's very disappointing :(
