Avoid this place - the fries are very stale, burgers extremely average and customer service sucks. Wait time was ridiculously long for the quality of food we got. Tried it with my family for the first time and it was a total bust. Not coming again.

I was there today and we ordered 5 different burgers with two combos and all burgers with cheese and we got same burger as first one and only 1 Combo they charge for 2 and No single cheese in all 5 burgers very disappointing and they making franchise name down….. please guys don’t go there if you want to save your money

I’ve seen struggle meals that has struggled less than this. And your fries were so dry it felt like swallowing pills without water.

My wife bought me jucy lucy with beef bacon and a poutine at 12:25 today March 30 2025 Eid day for many Muslim today. My burger juicy Lucy had hair on the burger :( I’m just so disappointed:(

The moment you take a bite of the burger here, you can feel that they use really fresh and good ingredients. I happened to peek inside the kitchen and was surprised to see that it was cleaner than my kitchen at home, and I gained a lot of trust in this restaurant.
Zero star service. He lies and tell you have to wait after you paid. Dishonest! The service never improved.

Food is good but employees are wearing air pod and really do not answer you when you ask them something. Zero customers serves. Food takes a really long time and they should let us know that we will wait for 15-20 mins. No music playing in background that make your 20 mins waiting for food feels awkward.

Food took one hour to get it (no joke). They only had one staff working so the poor guy had to make all the orders. Tables are clean can’t complain on that but overall not the greatest.
