Visited Burger Factory recently and was a bit disappointed. I've had better experiences at other branches. The burger this time wasn't as juicy as expected. Hoping it was just an off day!
The moment you take a bite of the burger here, you can feel that they use really fresh and good ingredients. I happened to peek inside the kitchen and was surprised to see that it was cleaner than my kitchen at home, and I gained a lot of trust in this restaurant.
Food is good but employees are wearing air pod and really do not answer you when you ask them something.
Zero customers serves.
Food takes a really long time and they should let us know that we will wait for 15-20 mins.
No music playing in background that make your 20 mins waiting for food feels awkward.
