You guys are absolute thieves. Third time I’ve caught you guys double charging me.
I went drive through, card tapped went through at first are where your order gets taken. I get to the window to pick my food up, and they say my card declined. I checked my bank and I was indeed charged, but was assured I’d get a refund in 1-3 business days. It’s now been 9 days and I still haven’t gotten anything back. Two $25 charges for one meal is absolutely insane, and this is the third time you’ve done this. I’ll be in tomorrow to speak with a manager but I do believe you’re doing this to hundreds of people a day purposefully , hoping they don’t notice. In this economy, that’s absolutely disgusting

We wanted to order from our table but the app is terrible. The account sign up from the browser on Android doesn't work properly. It worked better after downloading the app, but the app didn't recognize the location. We simply ordered at the cash register.

Food was underwhelming for average Chick Fil A experience, tasted old. I did visit at 10pm though.
Restaurant was busy, and generally unkempt, bathrooms were trashed.
Service was otherwise to be expected, staff were great and service was prompt.
