Fast service, great quick meal for the kids. Extra sauce was added as I asked.
The food was what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. Overall, the spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good although there was only one lonely pickle on my sandwich. The chicken strips were pretty good, paired nicely with the bbq sauce. The drinks, however, were the downfall of this meal. They did NOT taste like coke or sprite, they tasted like carbonated water.

I ordered in drive thru, we’re already 10 minutes away from the store when my wife noticed we are missing 1 sandwich so I have to drive back and when I talked to one of the employee she already knew what was missing, she checked with me which one is missing I told her spicy deluxe sandwich and gave me the bag then walked away. I already drove away when my wife opened the bag and she told me it is not the sandwich she wanted, what’s inside the bag is a regular spicy sandwich not to say is cheaper compare to what we paid for. I also wanted to add that I did not even hear a sorry or at least for them to felt sorry about what happened, they did not care at all.

Recently went to this location. We got drive thru. The food was amazing. We got the spicy deluxe chicken sandwiches. The fries were not as crispy as expected, but overall, it was great!And the people that work there too are so nice all the time.
didn’t have some of the menu items listed online which was a bit disappointing, ordering was a bit complicated as the employee didn’t understand me but all was good in the end! food was decent, it’s chicken, price was a bit much.

The entire staff needs to be re-trained. Chick-Fil-A is supposed to have a reputation for customer service and politeness. I have not had one “great” let alone “good” customer service interactions. They need to bring back the trainers from the states cause this is honestly appalling. They seemingly only hire spoiled entitled Woodbridge teens. Compared to the other Ontario locations I’ve visited, the overall experience here was god-awful.Edit 7/22: Went back, they gave me the wrong order. Ordered a spicy deluxe, was given a deluxe with cheddar, and even that, the chicken given was grilled. Terrible location.EDIT 4/10/24: Legitimately why do I go back here lol. For a company that supposedly has a reputation of incredible customer service I’m constantly let down and offended by what so called “customer service” they actually provide.
