kids meal had sides but missing taco,quesadilla stuffed with burn meat had to throw it as my child did not eat.

Pathetic service of this place. Worse manager and bad staff they got. If you want to eat chipotle from some place else, don’t eat from here as you will hate it FORE-EVER. ????????????????????

I wish I could give zero star rating.There is potentially serious consequences to the poor handling of ingredients, lousy kitchen hygiene and grossly incompetent cooking. We got sick by eating from this place. When ask about gross looking thing in our burrito( so called manager of this location said we put hard shell of avocado in this bowl). He even did not apologize for poor hygiene food. Instead he was laughing. Shame on you MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION. You are spoiling Chipotle.Also, I do not why he was so smug about that. I was with my baby, and what a terrible experience he gave me. I just wanted to stop working in food industry and stop spoiling someone else’s business as well. I feel sorry about owner of this store.

Much better compared to a couple years ago when I last posted a review ! The food seems always fresh and always well prepared and available . I am not giving 5 stars because I feel rushed along when I am ordering and as a result I made a mistake with my order . Also I don’t think the portioning is consistent and I got less than the amount of meat expected . However , the food is well prepared , fresh and delicious.

You want to eat garbage? The advert says" smoked brisket" limited supply only. I had high expectations of a great meal. The meat, is low grade meat filled with fat...I'm partially done, and still spitting out fat....really low grade....you put in x 2 table spoons of meat, and I'm spitting it all out...even my partner hates it...next time, advertise this as a low grade high fat meal.... But I won't be back!

They didn’t put no meat in there felt like a vegetarian even though I ordered a steak bowl. The drink was hot too would not recommend. Feel like a rabbit eating this smh

This is one of the worst chipotle ever. The staff here at vaughan mills location is utterly rude and fo not carrying the stuff. They were out of the sour cream, vegetables and even spoons. Worst ever service.

I ordered veg bowl they gave to wrong order, when I went asked about the price difference they said they will refund me instead they made mistake over there and charged me the more instead of refunding. Horrible experience , wish I could rate 0

Used the app to order from this location as I work in the mall. Time was scheduled for 730pm. I arrived and no one had started the order and the line only had a small amount of people.

They told me to wait 5 minutes and gave me a bag with my name and receipt with my order on it. Went home and it was completely wrong, should I have to check these things before getting in my car and going home?

Called the store and they said they can’t do anything unless I drive all the way back to the mall.

Really surprised cause I almost exclusively use apps to order from other places and never had this kind of mistake as it is clearly laid out via the apps ordering system…

I didn’t like their service. I asked for more lettuce than brown rice. But she didn’t listen to my instruction! She didn’t follow my instruction. Also, she touched her phone with the gloves that she had on and then used the same gloves for my dish!!!! Please monitor your staff and how clean they are! I went today.
