Hi there,

We have been loyal, regular customers for a long time, and I have never experienced anything as concerning as what happened with our recent order. We placed an order for three veggie bowls totaling $57.76. Thankfully, our children did not eat any of the food, because shortly after consuming it, both my husband and I became severely ill.

We experienced intense stomach pain, continuous vomiting, and diarrhea throughout the entire night. Neither of us was able to sleep, and we both had to call in sick from work today. The situation was so extreme that we were in tears from the pain and discomfort. We are currently sitting in a doctor’s office trying to understand what caused this reaction.

This has been extremely difficult, especially during already challenging times, while also caring for our children. To encounter an issue of this magnitude from a place we trusted is deeply disappointing and unacceptable.

The food we received was absolutely unsafe, and this experience has left a lasting impact. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable ordering from this restaurant again. I will also be taking my complaint further through the appropriate channels.

I hope this matter is taken seriously and investigated promptly.

This chipotle located in vaughan mills is always busy everyday and the lines are very long no matter what time, even though there are always 5 to 8 employees they still can't handle the overload. So people should be chill out

I had the worst experience ever with the staff working there, they were very rude and not helpful, it was my first time trying chipotle and i asked them about the options and best seller and they were very rude to answer

Another bad decision to pick from so many other options in the food court. Eat somewhere else for better food which I felt made me very ill and wanting to throw up. I would never go here again.

I ordered food through Uber Eats, and the app said it would be ready by 1:59 PM. When I arrived for pickup, the staff couldn’t even recognize my order by name. I had to give them all my details and confirm multiple times, which wasted a lot of my time.

After all that, they gave me the wrong order, so I had to go back and get it replaced. Even then, they didn’t include utensils, even though I specifically selected that option on Uber Eats.

To make things worse, the food I finally received was very bad. I’m really disappointed with this entire experience.

I typically eat chipotle in different parts of the city where I am - But I have to highlight this location for the staff that was serving me today !! I had a special request on how to organize the toppings… Perfectly done, which usually takes a while to explain -And just overall great friendly service. Thank you.

This was my first time trying this Chipotle location and honestly, I was really impressed! When I saw the long line, I thought the portions might be smaller because they were so busy, but they still took the time to make sure everyone got a proper amount of food.I’m a pure vegetarian, so I asked if they could change their gloves before making my food. They went above and beyond, washing and sanitizing their hands before putting on new gloves and preparing my order carefully from start to finish. I really appreciated that level of care.

Salty steak!

Was waiting in line to order and then witnessed the grill cook put his hands in the bin for chips and ate the chips with hand to his mouth then proceeded to cook with those same hands. Immediately left the lineup. Disgusting!! Worker was working October 9/2025 at approx. 4:30pm. (Unsure of name- tall south Asian man in his 30’s) DO BETTER!

A girl working at the cash named Sarah, treats customers very poorly. She doesn’t want to be at this job and is making sure people don’t come back to this location anymore. I visited this place today and asked for spoon to be able to eat my food with and she looks at my face and loes that we are out of spoons while there are plenty bags of spoons behind her. I show her the spoons and she lies to me that they’re fork when I ask for manager she is forced to grab the spoons and says that I couldn’t put the spoons because I can’t go out there to fill the spoon holder. Very disrespectful and For aure damaging the business. Pleaee look into people you hire.

Our family eats there several times a week. Today, that girl gave me much less than others. I spent $17 dollars but still wasn't full. Please don't treat us differently anymore.
