We visited Ciao Ragazzi with friends last night and had the most wonderful experience! The atmosphere felt cozy and welcoming, and the service was attentive without being rushed - just perfect for a relaxed evening out.

The food was absolutely outstanding. We shared calamari, grilled octopus, burrata, and arancini - each dish was fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The highlight for us was the freshly baked bread from their pizza oven… warm, fragrant, and honestly unforgettable! You can truly taste the love and authenticity in every bite.

If you’re looking for a place with great food, friendly vibes, and that true Italian feel - this is the spot. We’re already talking about when to go back! 🍷🍽️💛

On the website there isn’t any information on how to make a reservation. I sent an email requesting a reservation and did not receive an answer. To be honest I didn’t follow up to confirm…I figured no news meant I had a reservation. On arrival, the hostess commented ‘the owner is the only one who responds to emails and reservations are made on Open Table.’
Both the hostess and another person were quite rude, and my friends and I left.
Suggestion…revise your website to provide a link to make a reservation!

One of the most delicious and authentic Italian pizzas i had in the Vaughn area

Take out Gluten Free Pizza - taste amazing, the sauce and cheese is perfect - fresh basil and the crust is absolutely beautiful! You can tell care is taken with quality ingredients. As someone with a food allergy it's had to find this kind of great tasting quality food in a pizza. Well done Ciao!

Came to Ciao Ragazzi to celebrate a friend’s birthday. Ordered the Penne Alla Vodka and it was delicious! Highly recommend this place, it’s a gem. Our server Tony was incredible and very friendly!

Yesterday I went to dinner and the experience was very pleasant, Mariela attended me and was very friendly and attentive, service was quick. As for food I ordered a carbonara pasta and I can say that it was really good … I would totally recommend it. Prices are incredible, I will definitely come back.

Over priced, long waiting time, unprofessional staff. Gave it a second chance and I regret it. Will not go back.
After my review, Tony from Ciao Ragazzi replied and mistaking me for another customer now has posted lies about me. I did not order a panini and no foul language was exchanged. I waited half an hour for a veal sandwich. I complained twice that I have ordered one sandwich and been waiting for long and asked when it will be ready. The lady who was serving me didn't even say one word of sorry. This is why my coworkers stopped coming to this restaurant. It is shame to talk to a customer from one of the local businesses like that.
