This Cinnabon has the most stingy staff I’ve ever been served by. I asked for more icing and as opposed to adding more they took a butter knife and spread on what was on there after requesting for more. This is despite paying for extra icing. I’m confused if they’re running out bc I insisted twice and both times both staff (female and Dylan Tran) were stubborn and just spread the contents of what was there.
I was so turned off by the lack of customer service for a simple request that I returned everything which they happily did. Im an 8 month pregnant mama who just wanted more icing. Hope it was worth losing business and saving their icing😂.
Will be telling all my colleagues at Vaughan mills abt the experience.

I purchased the box of 6 cinnamon rolls expecting fresh product — as advertised — but what I got were clearly old pastries from the previous day. The texture was dry, and they lacked the softness and flavor you expect from something freshly baked.
Spending almost $30 for a box of cinnamon rolls that are not even fresh is honestly not worth it. If you’re promoting them as “fresh daily,” then customers should receive exactly that.
To make matters worse, the staff’s attitude when I asked about it was dismissive, which made the experience even more frustrating.

I do not like to leave negative reviews, however, after speaking to the cashier regarding this matter but he did not care.
Please do not handle food after handling cash. That's it. Put on a glove or rinse your hands.

I don’t usually go out of my way to write reviews, but I felt compelled to say something about my recent experience. I purchased a box of 15 Cinnabons for a gathering, expecting the high quality the brand is known for. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed.
The buns were dry, stale, and hard — a far cry from the soft, gooey treat you’d expect. They quickly became the topic of conversation at the event, and not in a good way. I was embarrassed to have brought them. Even the centers, which are usually the best part, were dry and lacked any moisture or freshness. The quality is definitely dwindling.
When you spend over $30, you expect at least an edible dessert. Sadly, the entire box ended up in the trash. For the price, the quality and value were severely lacking.
Service was good, cashier was friendly.

It was late yesterday evening and I ran in for an item for my son quickly. My daughter loves them, and enjoys watching the employees make them. It was about 8pm and my daughter asked for one so we stopped. I decided to grab a 4 pack. I asked if they were fresh and was assured the were, but to my surprise I lovely asian girl told me to wait and put 4 warm ones in a box to take home. I got home and we all had one. I just wanted to say thank you to the girl that out of kindness gave me the warm ones just made. I had a crappy few weeks and your simple act made a huge difference.

Amazing cinnamon buns. The portion sizes are still as big as before with serval different types to choose from. Hard to miss it as it makes the entire nearby area smell delicious.
Bought the large take-home pack of the minis and they were all stale when I tried them that night.

I purchased a 9pcs box and they gave me a cold box in a paper bag. When I asked for a hot one & it took them 30m to heat it up. 30m later I came back to pick it up & received a a warm box without a bag. When I asked for a bag they gave me at the beginning they said I have to pay for 50c. This is so ridiculous! Why didn’t you charge me 50c before???

Cinnabon is my favourite place for cinnamon rolls, they make the best in my opinion. The cinnamon rolls are fresh, warm, soft and packed with flavor. The only reason I'm taking off a star from my review is the price; I bought 1 mini cinnamon roll and it cost around $5, which is expensive.

Everytime we’ve purchased at this location it’s been pretty good. I am giving this low score due to the fact that tonight they were as dry as a bone. Even with the additional container of icing it was still very dry. Very disappointed! Money down the drain!
