CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

I ordered hot Taro milk tea.
The tea is warm but the taro is freezing cold. The taro tastes not fresh at all. It must be putting in the fridge for very long time.

I had diarrhea for the next two days after I drink it.

Very very gross!

Terrible and rude customer service, screwed up an order and made us pay extra for their mistake, and even after that they gave us either the wrong topings, or they made that topping so poorly that you couldnt tell what it was. Their drinks taste much worse than your average coco. Too incompetent to even take care of their pathetic decorative tree that is drying up in its pitiful little corner. Would rate 0 stars if i could

This location is quite small and gets busy pretty quickly, but speedy service. My boyfriend and I tried their new mango pomelo sago smoothie, and it tastes delicious!

I have always been a loyal fan of Coco. The milk tea is delicious, affordable, and the ingredients are fresh. The staff at this store are friendly and the food is served very quickly! Five-star praise!

I went to this Coco on Metro square tonight, and the staff were so amazing. They were friendly and attentive, helping me pick the perfect drink. I highly recommend this location for both fantastic drinks and amazing staff!

I have been different COCO stores. This one is the most disgusting one . The girl have terrible attitude to customers. I was kindly asked the girl to have a tray or bag for my four drinks. She said I have to paid with her bad attitude. Maybe this is the COCO head office policy, but the girl shouldn't have this attitude to customer. I don't think she really likes her job, but I believe she can quit the job. The COCO only reply same thing, and they never change or correct. We can see they won't care about their customers. Well.. For bubble tea lovers, we do have so many choices.

Small Coco's location. Very busy location. Service was fast and good. Ordered the new promotion: Oolong Milk Tea (Large) with pearls, 30% sugar, and no ice. Oolong Milk tea tasted good. Very tea. Much tea. Probably should have gotten it with ice cause by the time I finished the bubble tea, it was lukewarm. But that's my fault.

Overall good experience. Is connected to the inside of the all plaza mall.

I often come to this Coco to buy drinks, normally the free redemption should deduct the most expensive one, but the cashier subtracted the cheapest one, which made me very uncomfortable. I don't know if she did it on purpose or not, when I got home I realized that she deducted the wrong one, which made my day all bad and I don't know if I will ever consider coming to this Coco again!
