A great little stop when you need a pick me up shop has tons of options for donuts and other snacks I really love their honey crullers and samosas. Staff is always friendly even among themselves. This place is a go to for me when I want something and I'm near the area.

This was my very first time visiting this franchise and I must say what a horrible experience in customer service at first I had ordered a tea when I got it. It was a little too sweet, so I proposed the owner put a little coffee in to dilute it from my side, I didn’t wanna make a fuss out of it too much to say to replace it. He literally looked at me goes you ordered tea. You’re gonna drink tea I was very shocked at his behavior. I quietly just took my sandwich that I had ordered and went then when I went to go take a bite into the sandwich although everything else was fine there was thoroughly wax paper stuck to the cheese, a big one that I peeled before eating.

We are so grateful how Frank goes above and beyond to take care of customers, especially those who return often. He is a crucial and valuable member of this team, and an asset to this business!! I'm certain he keeps, at the least, a handful of staff from surrounding businesses, happy and satisfied with their day to day needs. Quality service, good food, convenient location -highly recommend if you're in the area!

Went in around 10:15am the employees where all over the place and a line up. No cashier and then other people who just came in get served first some how. I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese lettuce tomato salt pepper the young lady did not seem to know what she was doing at all and almost used a soiled knife to cut my bagel. I proceed to ask and clarify that it's toasted she assures me yes but when i get to my car and take it out it's soft and not toasted at all! Not happy with location not a good look for the coffee time brand and name with this location
