Vaughan Mill Food court . — EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVCE Im a senior experiencing an extremely disappointed with the gentleman who did my kale smoothie. I complained from the taste . It taste awful ( no sugar that’s fine ), old socks and rotten Kale, milk , yogurt etc . Would you believe he suggested me to continue drinking it , he said nothing he can do about it , that’s supposed to taste like that . He’s very rude and mean . I’m a senior with health difficulties and cannot intake old and rotten food or drink .

I went to Cultures this past weekend, and even though it was packed, the service was fantastic. The staff was super attentive and friendly, making sure everyone was taken care of despite the busy crowd. I ordered the Southwest Bowl, and it was absolutely delicious—highly recommend it! They really know how to handle a full house without compromising on quality or service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Need better staff, or training on how to serve customers.
Multiple times have gone here and staff are all in the back. Have had to yell to them for someone to come out to front desk after several minutes of waiting.
Have had the same girl serve me without changing her gloves after cashing out previous customer. Had to ask her to get a new pair.
Young Asian girl has bad attitude and doesn’t know how to talk to people. Watched her rudely serve customers and looks like she hated her job.
Sad that this location disappoints because of the employees.

I am not impressed with the new staff and management of this location. The original team was so much better. Today went in and asked for a cup salad and they ran out of eggs and then I asked for another bowl and they didn’t have quinoa just brown rice. I was disappointed so I had to go elsewhere.

Came here for my usual smoothie. Served did not know how scan my loyalty card, she went to go and ask someone came back and said her system was down? But your system processed my payment fine? Then I asked why she didn’t put frozen yogurt in my smoothie as per the ingredients advertised, she said oh we just put regular yogurt? Perhaps they should have disclosed that me to me before ordering and paying? Never offered a refund. New management new problems already!

I ordered a wrap. Staff member offered me a chicken guacamole or a turkey apple without explaining I could build my own. Tried to sell me a pre made one but I can’t eat cheese so said no thanks. Major attitude from staff now. She starts building my wrap doesn’t even ask what type of lettuce I want just puts it on, throws the meat on and asks me what sauce I want. I tell her I would like to order the rest of my 5 it ma that come with the wrap before my sauce and get more attitude. I finally get my wrap made. Go to checkout and get asked if I want a combo. Before I can even ask how much the Asian lady barks to order from previous attitude chick and moves into the next customer. At this point I’m done. Would have ordered a combo but now don’t even want my wrap as the service is so bad. The service here sucks they should remember customers are the reason they are employed and not treat them like garbage!! Avoid this place way too rude and shouldn’t be in the service industry as they do not deserve your money!
