We arrived at 6 p.m. on Sunday and were informed they’d be closing soon at 7 p.m. They also said they couldn’t make smoothies or milkshakes. Two people were working, but the other kept cutting strawberries while eating no orders and waiting in line for 10 minutes just to find out they wouldn’t be getting any drinks. I won’t be returning.

Dont even deserve 1 star, baught 2 milkshake. It was like watery no taste of milk or ice cream. After mentioning they made it again but same, I never saw anyone use water in milkshake. Also baught 2 vanilla come ice cream and it has pieces of ice inside. I wouldn't recommend to buy anything from here 😕 waste of money

Ordered 3 strawberry banana water down smoothies. Asked why the texture is so watery, they took it back and add more ice. There is no flavour, don’t know what it is suppose to taste like.
Well it’s the first and last time for me.

The Dubai chocolate strawberry cup... it was $16 for one cup 💸, but I attempted to try... the wheat sprinkles were hard and the chocolate fountain chocolate... not so special 🍫. Strawberries were the same... the chocolate was too sweet 🍓. Can't eat without strawberries. Oversold, not recommended... waste of money 👎.
Just have 2for $10 deals..

$18 for a cup of The bite chocolate with strawberries is NOT reasonable.

I’m always a returning customer of Ela’s Galateria and chocolate shop. They are my go to shop when hosting events for party favours and desserts. I’ve recently ordered sugar cookies as party favours for a baby shower of my sis-in-law and my brother. Everyone loved the exquisite design and taste of the sugar cookies. Dee is very nice, helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Watch video. For $18, you get a cup of rock hard chocolate that doesn’t even stick to the strawberries and it’s impossible to eat without making a mess.

Really disappointed because there were two other bigger brands nearby selling dubai chocolate strawberry cups but we chose this place to support since they’re a small business. Turns out their price is significantly higher and the quality is bad so I strongly do not recommend this place.

18 dollars for a shitty chocolate? Wow never go there

Rude staff,bad customer service ,asked for the receipt and didn't provide a detailed one, I dont know how much they charged me for a small cup of Gelato.

I purchased 2 extremely watered down milkshakes that tasted like Neilson chocolate milk. It was pretty terrible, I had better expectations given the price. it was just all milk. 2 shakes and a small ice cream was almost $40. Not at all worth it. wish I can say it tasted good but it really didnt.

I first tried the strawberry cup few months ago and instantly loved it. Since then, I have had Kunafa, Dubai chocolate, and strawberry cups at several spots in and around Toronto.
Recently, my wife was shopping at Vaughan Mills and ordered the cup along with two chocolates. When the bill came to $85, which is far higher than other places, she canceled the chocolates and just got the cup for me.
When I tried it, I was disappointed. There was barely any chocolate and almost no pistachio paste. Even the cup alone was overpriced at nearly $18 for a small serving. The chocolate bars were even more expensive. At these prices, you expect standout taste, quality, and portion size, and this just did not deliver.

I called to ask about macarons and the lady answering the phone was very rude and said she doesn’t speak English. Why would you be answering the phones if you can’t speak English how is that helpful to customers?
