I purchased 2 extremely watered down milkshakes that tasted like Neilson chocolate milk. It was pretty terrible, I had better expectations given the price. it was just all milk. 2 shakes and a small ice cream was almost $40. Not at all worth it. wish I can say it tasted good but it really didnt.

I first tried the strawberry cup few months ago and instantly loved it. Since then, I have had Kunafa, Dubai chocolate, and strawberry cups at several spots in and around Toronto. Recently, my wife was shopping at Vaughan Mills and ordered the cup along with two chocolates. When the bill came to $85, which is far higher than other places, she canceled the chocolates and just got the cup for me. When I tried it, I was disappointed. There was barely any chocolate and almost no pistachio paste. Even the cup alone was overpriced at nearly $18 for a small serving. The chocolate bars were even more expensive. At these prices, you expect standout taste, quality, and portion size, and this just did not deliver.

I called to ask about macarons and the lady answering the phone was very rude and said she doesn’t speak English. Why would you be answering the phones if you can’t speak English how is that helpful to customers?

It’s sad how one experience ruins everything else. We’ve come every week since the second week of February 2025. Usually get served by a very nice gentleman, we usually get strawberries with chocolate and the one with Dubai, today we were served by somebody else which gave us terrible service. We usually receive our food and then pay, today it was the other way, not really much of an impact but what it was is that they increased the prices and decreased the amount of strawberries, tbh I came last week were the still increased the price but it was a reasonable amount of strawberries, today we complain bc again we come here every week. We were given attitude and a refund.

Worst Gelato ever! If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would’ve. I had ordered the pistachio gelato and it was nowhere close to being gelato. I got pistachio flavoured ice shavings. I’ve tried better gelato from other places. They didn’t offer a taste trial either. Most places offer a taste trial before buying what you want. Not going back and not recommending this place to anyone.

I had the strawberry cup, and I was very disappointed. A large cup filled to the top is advertised for 9.95 but you get a smaller cup filled 2/3 with the strawberries. I asked for more strawberries and it cost me $14.95 for the cup filled. And that added 2-3 strawberries. I don’t think it’s fair that a larger more filled cup is advertised and we get much less than that, with not even the smaller cup filled to the stop containing 3 full strawberries. It was so little I counted 6 halves. Please change your advertising or your sizing.
