I had the strawberry cup, and I was very disappointed. A large cup filled to the top is advertised for 9.95 but you get a smaller cup filled 2/3 with the strawberries. I asked for more strawberries and it cost me $14.95 for the cup filled. And that added 2-3 strawberries. I don’t think it’s fair that a larger more filled cup is advertised and we get much less than that, with not even the smaller cup filled to the stop containing 3 full strawberries. It was so little I counted 6 halves. Please change your advertising or your sizing.

They advertise a cup full of strawberries with chocolate (photographed) for $9.95. What you get is a much smaller, partially full one for that price (also photographed).
I brought this issue to their attention. They charged me another $1 to match the amount of fruit in the advertised product. I've been 4-5 times and the price is different everytime. Today, they charged me $16 for the same thing. And this is the last time I visit.
This is false advertising. If you're not going to match the sign, then remove the sign. Also be clear about the price as the employees just seem to make it up on the spot.

Excellent macarons and delicious gelato. The kids absolutely love coming here, so we try to get a yummy treat anytime we are near Vaughn. Also, we had an extremely minor technical issue on our first visit, it was not the owners fault at all, and they still took SUCH good care of us. The exceptional service is what prompted me to leave this review. Anytime a small business looks after their customers, I appreciate them. Thank you for an all around great experience and delicious treats!
