Ordered from Uber eats and it was 30 minutes past expected delivery time. No one liked cold fries especially when the place you're ordering from is 5 min away! I normally get from location at dufferin and steels. After this experience, I will stick 2ith that location

I really like your burger, but don't understand why every time I order on uber, it always takes so long. Like last time I ordered at 10:30pm and it was delivered at almost 12:30am, almost 2 hours for 1 burger

As a kid growing up in Winnipeg, we would drive around to the best burger or the best taco spots. I did that today. I drove to Fresh Burger because a fellow I used to work with is the inventor and franchise master license. It was so delicious. I had a single burger and fries, and the burger was delicious and the fries were exactly like my Belgian grandmother used to make. Chef’s kiss!

I ordered from Uber eats but I’m very impressed. Normally, when I order from Uber, the food comes cold, but surprisingly both burgers came still hot . I’ve been craving McDonald’s for the last two months, but I didn’t want to eat it so I’m glad that I got this instead? The best part is, I felt good after eating the burger. Extremely fresh ingredients and excellent quality meat . The only complaint I have is one of the tomatoes and my burger was A bit white But I still did enjoy the burger overall. Will be getting food from here again

Agree with some previous reviews about poor customer service. Very passive & inattentive. Heard good things about the food, but honestly the burger was mediocre in my opinion- kind of bland nothing special at all. Fries just ok. Glad I tried it but won’t go back, there are much tastier burgers to be had in this area!

Easily one of the worst fresh burger locations. The lady serving us was constantly talking on her ear piece and forgot to put our order through. We waited 30 minutes and she didn't realize she didn't put the order through. Very unprofessional, if a manager is reading this consider firing her.
Not a semblance of customer service is present here. Will not return. Go to another location.
