Tried Fresh Burger for the first time today. The poutine gravy was very watery and overall too salty. When I walked in, there was a very strong smell of acetone. Then I realized it was probably from the nail shop next door, so probably need better ventilation system.

Famous words of Jules, in Pulp Fiction - "now that's one tasty burger". My first time, no bun or toppings, so you can tell it's high quality meat. Great food. Forget Five Guys. This should be your new place.
Been here a number of times and always enjoyed the burger but today the Prime burgers my wife and I received for our takeout were paper thin and burned. The cook pressed the burgers so hard that they stuck out of the bun a half inch all around. Friendly staff but we were really disappointed today. Thinking this will be our last time there

Been here many times and got take out today for dinner. Burger did not have any toppings requested, no cheese, under seasoned, burger was burnt.I called the store a few times and someone finally answered to let them know the kitchen making the burger had completely butchered the order and the person answering didn't care. No apologies, nothing. Not sure what happened but the staff working this day was horrible.

I am absolutely not a burger person but went to eat, grabbed the combo. Definitely the burger was made fresh and the patty was juicy. The fries had a great pep to themselves as well. Loved the sauce. Would definitely be back with the family for a quick meal. I hope they continue to keep the service and the quality up for food, cleanliness, and quality

Googled the first restaurant on my lunch break and stumbled upon fresh burger. Just gotta say it was the best burger I’ve ever had. Great portion on the fries as well. The customer service I received was fantastic. Now reading the reviews I will be back to try more things on the menu as well as the Cali fries!

One of the best burger brands allegedly, and would say worth the fame. Guess Buns are fried as we can taste the crunchy texture, but buns are just fluffy enough. Patties are fried with apparent Maillard effects, crunchy outside but juicy inside. Would appreciate if serve with a pickle as I am not a meat fan. A combo 4 serves 12 oz patty, Really good portion. Fries are smaller chunks than usual but which provide a crunchier texture, and the salt granules is less than usual, personally love this. Have to say, for the first time, tasted a nicely heavy meat flavor in the gravy, which I think most gravy is lack of. Cheese curd are creamy and milky, wish could have more as really love that. Although I am not a burger person, definitely will visit again.

I was here last night, and the 2 gentleman’s that made my 2 burger.DAMNN it was good. The burger onions bacon and sauce was so precisely in the middle. I enjoyed it so much I actually want some right now at 4:30
