I purchased a fresh cold pressed pomegranate juice yesterday around 6:00 PM. I saw they were over squeezing the peel of pomegranate or once the peel was upside down n due to which my juice became so much bitter. I spent $14 n I was not at all able to drink that bitter juice. But somehow, I drunk it. N it's morning now. I m not feeling good n my stomach is aching.

Honestly not that great. I’ve had freshly squeezed in the past and it wasn’t so disappointing. We got a smoothie too and those just seem to be made with fruit choose and solid veggies… which is certainly an interesting choice. Depending on what you order you may have a better experience however the flavours are very underwhelming; the passion fruit juice has a slight putty flavour, aftertaste. Take from this what you will.

I tried smoothie in STC and it does taste wonderful but over here they add ice in smoothie and make it slush. When we complain to staff they mention that we make smoothies like this. So disappointing.

Was rude when we pointed out that he ( Nishant) is not using gloves when juicing Sugar cane.. Got Angry … it’s actually mandatory to use gloves when handling fruits… Will not go again.

I went around 8 pm and asked for a strawberry Dubai chocolate cup. The staff said they didn’t have enough strawberries, even though there was clearly enough on display. When I asked again about the strawberries on the display, he just said they don’t sell them after 8.
Please, I beg you—stick to your regular fresh juices. At least those don’t feel like a prank.
The “Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup” is a complete disaster. Whoever on your creative team came up with this clearly clocked out mentally before the shift even started. The chocolate? Definitely not Belgian, not even close to milk chocolate—it tastes like expired Halloween candy from the dollar store. Eww.
Honestly, I’d rather spend $15 on a stale bag of bread—it’d still taste better and last longer. Please save us all the pain and just take this item off the menu. Stick to what you do best: juice that doesn’t taste like regret.

First of all they are just using bottle juice while claiming to be freshly squeezed and they are serving juice with food flies I just got the drink while drinking I noticed there are few food flies in the juice , feeling like vomiting, horrible experience

Saturday, August 9th. Unfortunately, this visit was by far my worst experience. We placed our order at 6:41 pm and didn’t receive it until 7 pm. Another customer who ordered about five minutes after us got their drink first. The store wasn’t even busy, and there were plenty of staff working.
The person making my juice seemed more interested in joking around with a friend and wandering around than actually preparing the order. It felt like he was on vacation, not at work. This kind of service is unacceptable and completely ruined the experience. Please train this staff member or reconsider having them serve customers.

I asked for passion fruit juice and I got a juice that tasted nothing like passion fruit, it tasted like a frozen box drink and the girl who took my order was talking in her own language (probably Indian) and laughing. I really want the management or corporate contact details. Employee should not talk in their own language on the floor when they serve customers . When these kind of behaviour is going to stop?.
