Food: I love how they consistently offer new bubble tea flavors for every season, holiday, and special occasion. Their drink menu is one of the most unique I’ve come across. I’m especially fond of their 2j Oolong Brown Sugar Milk Tea—it’s a personal favorite!
Service: The staff are always kind and welcoming. I couldn’t ask for better service.
Ambiance: The store could use an update on their hours. I’ve been there a couple of times when they were supposed to be open but weren’t. They officially open at 1 pm. Aside from that, the space is clean, offers plenty of seating, and being near Vaughan Mills is a nice bonus.

We ordered strawberry and oreo drink with macha bubble waffle, waffle was really good, drink was average. Customer service especially by the cashier girl with small ponytail was really bad, when we asked the girl taking our order for details or suggestions, she was like , whatever the picture of the drink looks like , that is the drink. She was rude to us for no reason, and didn’t give us any suggestions. This was our first time there and we were little confused that’s why we asked her.
First and last time at this location. Last but not least we noticed that she was only rude to us, the very next girls who came in and ordered she was really polite to them?

Other workers at the back were hard working and I can clearly tell that they care for customers drinks and the time they’ll take to make them as fast as they could ?, I’ll definitely come back for sure

Was super busy today and there was only 2 people working, a girl with low ponytail and another with glasses and shorter hair. I got a brown sugar fresh milk with pearls but I had to wait 30 mins to get my drink. Super understaffed… July 17 at 9:35

No problem with my drink but I have a problem with the cashier girl with a low ponytail. (July 7th around 10:30pm)
It was the 2nd time I’ve encountered her and she gave me the same BAD attitude when all I did was ordered a drink lol. I can totally understand if she’s having a bad/ busy day but then she proceeds to chat with her friends that came in after me.
I see a lot of bad reviews about the girl at the cashier, I believe it was the same person that I’m talking about. She clearly doesn’t want to be there, so I hope the manager can do something about this matter since it has happened to not only me but others.

I order milk tea with 30% of sugar and drink like 1000% sugar. It happened twice like staffs who don’t know how to made the drinks. Throw it into garbage
