Their business hours on Google are incorrect and even though I ordered my food on their app for their Takeout Counter, it is closed despite the workers being inside. They think that it's okay to make me wait outside for my food and freeze to death. And there's nowhere outside to eat in the middle of winter. As both a Scene+ and CAA member, partners with Harvey's, you can bet that they're going to hear about the extremely low level of service at this restaurant.

This was my first time coming to Harvey's . The workers were really nice and patient as I didn't know the menu, and they even made everything fresh upon my request which honestly u can't get easily at other restaurants. And they have so many options for toppings🤩.WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK. Thanks to Ruby , harry and sharon. U guys were so lovely

I eat here regularly and have no complaints. It's always clean, the food is fresh and good and I always have great interactions with the staff. Most recently I met the manager, Christine, she was fantastic to deal with, I will be back again next week.

It's Harvey's what more do you expect....But must admit that from whem my wife and I entered the door, this (hope I am not being offensive) this young I am assuming Jamaican girl was so hospitable and cheery that she gave a new spark to finish the day of travels. She was bubbly courteous, polite, and went with my jovial mood with us. She bent over backwards to take our order and to give us what we requested, of course small things that make the experience. We are not dumb to ask for far out demands. She served us from taking the order to preparing our food with the condiments we wanted. (She put gloves on since she handled cash before that.) We enjoyed our lunch and left in a great mood. This was all bc of her mood and pleasant manner. Damn I wish I got her name. When we left even the rest of the crew said Goodbye and Merry Christmas. Great Experience bc of that beautiful person.

Terrible service. VERY rude, and unprofessional customer service by Jocelyn, and Sewa. I would NEVER return to this location AGAIN. Be extremely careful going to this specific location. I watched the girl drop an onion ring on her bare arm, and put-it back into the persons container to serve to them. So gross ! 🤮

Food wise this was a great harveys , very delicious. The restaurant was freezing though, I had to wear my jacket the whole time. It looked like there may have been work being done on the restaurant while I was there so its possible that had something to do with it . There was also not alot of parking available when I arrived.
