This is the greatest noodle place I've ever had the pleasure to eat at for the last 3 years. The price is fair and they make sure you leave stuffed. Best part is even when you are stuffed, it is a satisfying stuffed, not that bloated stomach pain stuffed. If this was on the stock market I would purchase stocks. If I had governmental power to provide a bail out incase they ever needed financial assistance, I would.
I had a dream about the same order I get every time: the dry sesame noodle paste with salted chicken and pork chive dumplings. And it was 10/10 there too.

I think this is the best hey noodles ive been to, the portions are good and you can pay by credit card. i prefer this hey noodles over any other and it would be a shame if they started to cut down the portions. keep in mind they are a lot more generous with the spice levels, so a mild here is the other locations spicy

Show up 40 minutes before closing time with my 9 year old son to be greeted rudely by the lady telling me they won't be serving us. Your Google account says you close at 12am, you shouldn't be turning customers away at 11:20pm. Waste of a drive.

Hey Noodle is our favourite Chongqing noodle. The noodle is very chewy and the topping has peanut and peas. Although the noodle cannot choose the thickness, it is the right thickness we want. You can choose the level of spiciness. We always choose mild, but this time the mild spice became unbearable. Not sure if it is a mistake. We like the store always less traffic and quiet even in the long weekend. The service is minimal, but efficient. The waiter said “thank you” when we left, which is nice. This is our go to spot for a bowl of heart warming Chongqing noodle.
