Hey Noodle is our favourite Chongqing noodle. The noodle is very chewy and the topping has peanut and peas. Although the noodle cannot choose the thickness, it is the right thickness we want. You can choose the level of spiciness. We always choose mild, but this time the mild spice became unbearable. Not sure if it is a mistake. We like the store always less traffic and quiet even in the long weekend. The service is minimal, but efficient. The waiter said “thank you” when we left, which is nice. This is our go to spot for a bowl of heart warming Chongqing noodle.

Great food and service, I would definitely recommend their weekday cash special menu - very filling for one person and good value. They are accommodating for dietary restrictions too. Our server was Christina and she was both friendly and quick. Will be back!

I highly recommend the Marinated Pork Belly Ramen. I leave out the peanuts and cilantro. It's incredible. Great in restaurant and takeout.
The noodle soups are very tasty and flavourful. Staff is also amazing.

We have been here many times, including when they had their anniversary special and noodles were one dollar. At Hey noodle, you can adjust the spice level as well as the numbing level, which is interesting. We would recommend mild for the numbing, as for spice five out of five is tolerable if you really like spicy food. The flavour are authentic and noodles are great and chewy.

Omg! Worst food ever! Asked if soup is beaf only she said only beef after we have been served she says we use pork broth! Never will come e back here ! So disappointed ☹️ and ruined our evening misleading customers. ….
