It's really good. Hey Noodles is celebrating their 8th location opening, offering $1 soup noodles. They are a fast casual sit down that offers up Sichuan style Street fareI opted for the street noodles which they normally charge $7.99. I asked for EXTRA SPICY because, as the saying goes, if it doesn't burn, you'll never learn.The broth had all my senses tingling like Tobey McGuire. It was savory, spicy, and had deep earthy aromatics. The noodles were springy, had the right thickness and soaked up all the flavor of the broth without getting soggy. And the crazy party is, you can get unlimited FREE noodle refills.It's so difficult to explain how satisfying this seemingly simple dish was. This place was phenomenal. The sesame dry noodles were fantastic. The pork belly was so tender. Dumplings were perfect. The brown sugar buns were something I’ve never had before and they were soooo good. I like that you have multiple options to customize the spice and numbing peppercorns. The slush was ok, has a lot of chunks of ice in it needed to be blended more but that’s my only complaint. All of our food was ready in 15 mins. Will 100% come again.

It's quite satisfactory. The price is okay. It's not as salty as Xiaohongshu said. It may be that the taste has been improved. You can adjust the spiciness yourself. Overall, it's not bad.
Closes 1 hour early. It's only 10:08pm when we came and the server said that they don't accept customers anymore because they are closing and note that it says on the website they closes at 11pm. This is the second time it happened to us in Vaughan location. Wasted our time and gas to come all the way here and only they will say they are close even though they are open they wouldn't even offer if we prefer to place an order for take out and lastly the servers never knows how to smile and welcome guests properly. Our night is ruined thanks to you Hey Noodles.

I get take out from here all the time. I really enjoy the spicy and numbing soup with beef brisket. I always sub in the sweet potato noodles. They are clear and sooo chewy, so fun to eat.

Hey noodles was just ok. If you want a healthier option than this will fit the bill. But I will say there are better noodle places out there. It seemed the staff was short so service was limited. Flavor is kind of bland. I had the tomato beef specialty noodle bowl and the beef still had the skin/tendon on it which made it very rubbery. Soup base was bland and overall seemed sloppy to me. The fried chicken kind of made up for it. My wife had a spicy noodle with ground pork. There was a very thick layer of chili oil. This was just spicy and didn't have much taste to it.Overall, I don't think I would come back here. I heard the Markham location is better.
