Had a horrible experience trying this place for the first time. I can confirm that the service is good, and the portion size is generous, no doubt about that. I ordered the the pho tai bo vien (P04), bun thit nuong cha gio (B01), and the bun bo hue. The pho's broth was darker than typical pho and tasted full of fish sauce. The bun bo hue was not spicy and was lacking traditional flavours. The bun thit nuong was mediocre and little meat. The quality of the food is questionable. Both my husband and I developed stomachaches and diarrhea a few hours after eating (which continued all through the night into the next morning). We had the bun thit nuong and bun bo hue. My two boys had the pho and they seemed fine. The only thing we ate differently from my boys, were the vegetables/herbs that come with the dishes. Perhaps it was not washed properly or had been contaminated, who knows. Our previous meal before this was at Casa Deluze - we eat here all the time and it was 6.5 hours before we at Hong Phat, so I know the food poisoning came from Hong Phat.I will not be ordering here again or will I recommend this place.
First time to this restaurant. Friend of mine said this dish is good. I would of enjoyed it if they allowed dining in. Even with covid restrictions regarding dining in has been lifted.. this restaurant will only do take out.
If you want an authentic Vietnamese food...avoid this place.
Love the food here. Authentic and flavorful.
HOLY SMOKES!!! This is the most authentic Vietnamese cuisine you can get in the area. The owner told me that this restaurant only uses the daily fresh cow bones to prepare the broth and it takes least 6 hours of cooking! This is the best soup for cold weather. I personally prefer the "House Special Pho" because I could get a bit of everything including their beef balls which I think are homemade because of the juicy taste! I usually order the coconut juice and it's really good for summer days. I haven't even talked about their spring rolls yet, they are so crunchy when you eat them fresh, and by the time I got home, we didn't even have any left (we ordered 2 servings)!!!
Customer service was great. Food was subpar.
Their soups are amazing. I recommend stew beef egg noodle soup. It's amazing.
This is as good as the most authentic Vietnamese cuisine you can get. The aroma of the broth will make you feel there are multiple layers of flavors! The server said the owner of the restaurant only uses the daily fresh cow bones to prepare the both, it is at least 6 hours of cooking! This is the best soup for cold weather. The selected-grade of beef are used as toppings. Special recommendation for Nam Vang Style rice noodle soup (Pork and Shrimp on rice noodles in the broth).
I love this place - real ol’ skool style. Don’t expect great decor or fancy furniture; but you should expect one the best pho you’ve ever had. Service has always been friendly and quick - solid place ???
My favourite place for hu tieu, very authentic !

The food is okay, but the attitude of the Asian lady server was very bad. I don't know what I did to but she seem to hate my family from the moment we step into the restaurant. Meanwhile, she seem to treat her usual customers with a better attitude.
The food is okay, but the attitude of the Asian lady server was very bad. It not for free, so i need the good attitude, not the bad attitude, seem like she hate me and my brother and i don't know what i đi. Overall, she need to overcome and improve her attitude.
Very good food. Nice service.
Good service, and good food. Especially, the order H02 is the best
Nice family owned place, one of the owners speaks fluent English if you need any explanation on certain dishes or not. Pho was pretty decent, brisket was cooked well in there pho dac biet. My barometer for a good place is care they out in there iced coffee and this place is solid. Some of the other pho places in Vaughan area, coffee is pretty subpar.
