First time to this restaurant. Friend of mine said this dish is good. I would of enjoyed it if they allowed dining in. Even with covid restrictions regarding dining in has been lifted.. this restaurant will only do take out.
HOLY SMOKES!!! This is the most authentic Vietnamese cuisine you can get in the area. The owner told me that this restaurant only uses the daily fresh cow bones to prepare the broth and it takes least 6 hours of cooking! This is the best soup for cold weather. I personally prefer the "House Special Pho" because I could get a bit of everything including their beef balls which I think are homemade because of the juicy taste! This is as good as the most authentic Vietnamese cuisine you can get. The aroma of the broth will make you feel there are multiple layers of flavors! The server said the owner of the restaurant only uses the daily fresh cow bones to prepare the both, it is at least 6 hours of cooking! This is the best soup for cold weather. The selected-grade of beef are used as toppings. Special recommendation for Nam Vang Style rice noodle soup (Pork and Shrimp on rice noodles in the broth).
