Jimmy The Greek

My husband went to Vaughan Mills to pick up dinner for 2. Parking was a nightmare, it was 4:30 on a Saturday. We’ve eaten at other jimmy the Greek locations for many years. I’m a vegetarian, so I just got salad, rice and potatoes. My husband got salad, rice, potatoes and meat. (Gyros). We both threw out the black olives. They tasted sour and off., and normally we love black olives. The potatoes were all mushy inside, garbage again. At $30 for 2 dinners, and travelling time, and difficulty with available parking, we’re not coming here again. Obviously they have gone downhill. 🤢🤮

Im a constant customer at this location, i work near by and love going on my breaks. But today I was very disappointed to find plastic in my meal that I paid almost $40 for, I almost didn’t even notice it. I don’t know if I’ll be going back to this locations after this..

Salad dressing wasn’t good, Core in my tomato slice for my greek salad, tomato’s have no flavour the meat in my pita was bland and tasteless, worker was lazy and barley put on any tzatziki and would mumble to me rather than speaking.

Nasty food.

Jimmy the Greek used to be good! But now the quantity has substantially decreased and tastes so meh. Pass!

Gyros made very well, and awesome people working there.

I am the person today at 2:30 complained about the Roast Lamb,
the Roast lamb was in parts black from top, I thought it was over cooked but at least fresh, it turned out to be Old and Dry, I returned the try with the lamb to the manager and showed her, I told her I am not there for the refund (I did not take it) I explained to her how shame that is, you take good money for a meal and you give food not even eatable by wild animals, shame on Brand they do not do a quality check on the franchisors to see how bad they are behaving, I thought I might submit and formal complain at a formal body for consumer but thought I do not have time for back and fourth, last advise when you buy anything from this franchise make sure it is Fresh up to the money you are paying otherwise through it in their face as I did today, shame on you Jimmy the Greek

The Vaughan Mills Jimmy The Greek staff were friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. Definitely one of the better Jimmy the Greek restaurants in a mall.

Not impressed with this location. 0 star rating. Ordered basic chicken souvlaki dinner, salad came without dressing, no feta, potatoes uncooked and chicken dry. Staff member had an attitude and slopped the food in the container. Recommend the staff and/or management visit Markville, Sherway and Pickering town centre locations and observe what customer service and presentation looks like.

I bought and i paid for a meal of calamari and salad on the side then when i get my order the lady in the cashier said she will charge me for the salad.take note i did'nt ask for an xtra rice.i don't pay for an extra for the salad coz that is part of the meal and i did'nt get my salad!

Best souvlaki in town, amazing staff and amazing food. Could eat this for 3 meals a day!!!!!!!!!!

The food is great but the order process is a bit clumsy, not like the professional one in Centerpoint mall, need some training maybe, anyway, it is an enjoying lunch
