Not impressed with this location. 0 star rating. Ordered basic chicken souvlaki dinner, salad came without dressing, no feta, potatoes uncooked and chicken dry. Staff member had an attitude and slopped the food in the container. Recommend the staff and/or management visit Markville, Sherway and Pickering town centre locations and observe what customer service and presentation looks like.

I bought and i paid for a meal of calamari and salad on the side then when i get my order the lady in the cashier said she will charge me for the salad.take note i did'nt ask for an xtra rice.i don't pay for an extra for the salad coz that is part of the meal and i did'nt get my salad!

Best souvlaki in town, amazing staff and amazing food. Could eat this for 3 meals a day!!!!!!!!!!

The food is great but the order process is a bit clumsy, not like the professional one in Centerpoint mall, need some training maybe, anyway, it is an enjoying lunch

Portions are so small. When you ask them to give decent food they look and give you attitude. Extremely disappointed! Price doesn't reflect the Portions at all

Ordered the chicken Souvlaki. The chicken was over cooked and very dry. Staff could be a bit more warm and inviting and actually smile or look the person in the eye. 10 cents for a bag. No one likes getting Nickel and dimed.

First, ask to make a chicken schnitzel well done as I like my meat a bit more dry and crispy. That was refused by the chef(or the manager not sure).
Second, I asked instead then for a fresh piece and that I'm willing to wait, that was also declined.

The rice was tasteless, chicken was somewhat warm. I'd avoid this place and definitely recommend to go elsewhere as their costumer service and food is close to 0.

Overpriced garbage food. Also they charge for a paper bag! Not even a plastic bag !!!
