Recently my wife and I ordered a cake for our daughter’s Birthday from Just Temptations and from start to finish it was the best customer service we’ve ever received! Antonella was absolutely incredible. She was very responsive when we first emailed her. And was super helpful over the phone when we called to get more details. We ended up doing a cake-tasting in store with her and the level of customer service Antonella showed us was exceptional. NOW to the cake…it was absolutely gorgeous! It was incredibly delicious and moist. Not dry at all! Everyone at the party was raving about how good it was. We will definitely be back! The White Chocolate Raspberry is delightful! Thank you to Antonella and everyone at Just Temptations :)

Fantastic customer service. Another cake business had messed up our cake on the day of a big event and refused to refund us or try to fix the cake. We called multiple cake stores in a panic, trying to find another place to make a cake for an event within 5 hours. Just Temptations said they don't do same day orders, but when they heard how upset we were, they made an exception for us.

They baked and designed a beautiful cake meant to feed 70 people for us within 3 hours. They were nice, helpful, accommodating, and they did everything they could to get the cake done for us. Everyone at the party was RAVING about the cake, multiple people asked for the name of Just Temptations to order future cakes from.

Not only was the cake delicious and gorgeous - but the customer service was amazing. I'm so thankful to everyone, specifically Antonella, who was the person we talked to on the phone. Thank you for recognizing how stressed I was and pulling everything together to get the cake done for us in time. It was perfect, and I will be placing all future cake orders here.

Last minute rush request was met with kindness and efficiency. Antonella made this very easy even though I was long distance. The cakes were a hit! Lovely and very tasty and moist. Superb service. Convenient location.

Was very impatient and agitated when they couldn't confirm the order. Slammed the phone on my fiance when she said she needed to confirm with me.

Antonella was extremely rude once she found out I needed the night to talk to my fiance before confirming the booking. She slammed the phone on me. I have never experienced anyone provide such terrible customer service and would not recommend supporting this business.

WOW!!! What a great experience I had at Just Temptations Vaughan location. Antonella you are amazing! She was attentive and so knowledgeable.
